1. What are the management rules for the use of special equipment?

1, special equipment use management rules are as follows:

(1) Strictly implement national laws and regulations on production safety and special equipment regulations to ensure the safe use of special equipment;

(2) The special equipment purchased and used by the company must meet the requirements of national or industrial safety technical specifications, and shall be registered with the competent department within the specified time;

(three) special equipment that has not been regularly inspected or failed to pass the inspection shall not continue to be used;

(4) When special equipment breaks down or finds any abnormal situation, it must be thoroughly inspected in time, and it can be put into use again only after the hidden dangers of accidents are eliminated.

2. Legal basis: Article 9 of the Administrative Rules for the Registration and Use of Special Equipment.

After the installation, overhaul and transformation of special equipment, the construction unit must pass the self-inspection on the quality and safety technical performance of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations and issue a self-inspection report before delivering it to users. By the use of units to the provisions of the supervision and inspection agencies to apply for acceptance inspection.

For new special equipment that does not need to be installed on site, after filing, users can apply to the designated supervision and inspection institutions for acceptance inspection.

Before the acceptance of the passenger ropeway, the user shall submit an application report for operation to the local provincial special equipment safety supervision institution. After the institution has passed the safety management review of the passenger ropeway user and filled in the passenger ropeway safety management review form (see Annex 4 for the format), it can apply to the national passenger ropeway supervision and inspection institution for acceptance.

Second, what information is needed for special equipment filing?

Special equipment for the record requires the following information:

1, Chinese manual, product certificate and type test report;

2, special equipment installation, overhaul, renovation project construction contract;

3, the project construction unit of special equipment installation, renovation and maintenance qualification certificate;

4, the project construction scheme and its safety protection measures;

5, supporting the technical drawings of civil engineering foundation and other information;

6, renovation projects or installation of passenger ropeways and amusement machines and amusement facilities listed in Annex II, must provide the design review report issued by the supervision and inspection institutions;

7, passenger ropeway, amusement machine and amusement facilities installation project, must have the approval report of the competent department of construction projects;

8, the use of units and installation, overhaul, renovation project undertaker's name, address, postal code, legal representative and responsible person's contact telephone number and other communication materials.
