According to the unified deployment of Zhenjiang City, combined with the needs of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to carry out regional nucleic acid testing in the city, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, detect the object.

All residents of Yangzhong city. At present, it is still in centralized isolation and home management, and it is still tested according to the original regulations and channels.

Second, sampling arrangements.

Three. Related requirements

1. Ask residents to actively cooperate, prepare health codes and travel cards in advance, and go to their sampling points for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangements of towns; Key people and people with mobility difficulties are sampled by resident sampling personnel.

2. Please prepare the "nucleic acid sampling code" and valid personal identification in advance. The "nucleic acid sampling code" can be obtained through channels such as "Zhenheyi" APP and "Zhenheyi" WeChat official account. Citizens who don't have smart phones can apply for a "nucleic acid sampling code" with the help of their families, print it and bring it to the scene, and please bring your identity documents with you.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to wear masks regularly all the time. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of 2 meters. Don't talk or get together and keep good order.

4. All personnel shall receive a nucleic acid sampling certificate after sampling and keep it properly.

5. All enterprises and shops in the area will take samples at nearby sampling points by themselves, and they can't provide proof of nucleic acid sampling for all personnel to suspend business; Persons without a nucleic acid sampling certificate cannot enter public places.

6. The following personnel who are implementing relevant control measures will not participate in the nucleic acid detection at this centralized sampling point, so please report to the residential community in advance:

(1) Young people who are managed of the dangerous area or with reference of the dangerous area; as well as those who enter the country; shall be sampled at home by medical personnel.

② In the low-risk areas in the province, as well as people from other provinces, they will take samples at the nearby "willing to check" sampling points in the afternoon;

③ Su Kang code "yellow code" personnel should do personal protection and go to the sampling service point of yellow code personnel outside the west gate of Chengxi Community Health Service Center.

7. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours do not participate in nucleic acid testing. After 48 hours, please sample at the nearest sampling point.

8. This full-time nucleic acid test is free of charge. Those who refuse to cooperate or participate in the whole staff's nucleic acid testing without justifiable reasons, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. Su Kang code will be given "yellow code" to those who have not participated in nucleic acid detection and failed to make up the exam in time.
