If I can't accept the problems of my last company, it may be difficult to accept the style of this company, and suddenly I feel relieved.

An applicant with a good relationship saw a recruitment position transferred from a headhunter in a circle of friends, which was a position at the headquarters of Party B's listed company ... The personnel quickly called enthusiastically to say that I was particularly suitable, and arranged to meet twice the next day. Originally, I was not interested in this company, but the first and second interviewers gave me a very good heart and went to Shanghai for an interview with curiosity. The interview at two o'clock didn't start until three o'clock because the interviewer had an impromptu meeting. The interviewer asked me an impressive case, how I influenced people who are more experienced than me, how to give portraits, what my strengths are, what my biggest setbacks are, and what I would do if a candidate department felt that it was not worth the price. Finally, I said that my fundamentals and underlying logic are good. If I come, it will be a big challenge and my salary will be reduced, so let me think about it. At ten o'clock in the evening, HR called me and asked me how I felt about the interview. On the third day, I sent a message asking for feedback, obviously feeling the indifference of personnel, saying that it is more appropriate to push someone in, and the enthusiasm between words is obviously gone.

But this interview made me understand the concept of flexible employment, and some problems need to be thought deeply.

And y tutoring. I didn't know this company before, but I was very enthusiastic when I first tried it. Later, when I was in the second interview, the head of the state temporarily pulled a person in charge of Beijing, and the whole interview was temporarily pulled by that person. Finally, I asked how difficult this position was. The temporary interviewer answered irrelevant questions, and the person in charge of the whole country said it was not difficult. I also mentioned that my salary will be reduced after I go. Later, I took the initiative to ask for feedback, saying it was inappropriate because Party A had little experience.

Miraculously, the Y account office made an appointment at 4 o'clock, and the news came at 4: 30. Time is up, there is no phone, so I have to call, and no one answers. I sent a text message to ask, and called in a few minutes, directly saying what advantages you have and what your indicators are. Of course, I think I should be more direct about this issue, that is, delivery time and deliverables. I hung up for about twenty minutes, and after ten days, the system sent a message saying it was inappropriate.

In the first interview of a semiconductor company in Shanghai, a girl said she wanted an interview, and then there was no sound. She called the switchboard, and the front desk said she had to give her name before she could transfer. She went to the job website, saw the girl's name and called again. Wow, nobody answered. The girl later called me back and made an appointment with the director for a telephone interview. The interview lasted more than 20 minutes, and then ten days later, the personnel called and said that more than a dozen applicants had interviewed seven. First, they must fill in the application form, then do a personality test, and then they must go to Shanghai to attend a group meeting. Generally, companies with complicated interviews are basically not particularly reliable, or have long processes and low efficiency, or have problems of their own.

There was also a medical company, which later disappeared. What headhunters recommend is even more unreliable. They don't even have a phone, and they don't return messages. ...

Knowing so many people, I also feel that I am making progress. Take every interview opportunity seriously. Without an offer, we can only say that there is no fate.
