I. Learning on the job
When I joined the company, it coincided with the relocation of the manufacturing department from Shajing Feng Wan 98 Industrial Zone to the new address of Longhua Xiahenglang Second Industrial Zone. Because of the complexity of the work and the relative shortage of manpower, I directly participated in the daily work after joining the job, and did not follow the practice of "training first, then taking up the post". But even though the work is busy, the task is heavy and the time is tight, Li, the former manager of the administrative department, and Nie Zhenya, the substitute teacher of human resources, have not relaxed their requirements for my personal study.
Through three months' efforts, my evaluation of myself is: I can quickly integrate into the corporate culture, better adapt to the working environment, work with high enthusiasm and strong sense of responsibility. All this, first of all, benefited from the following aspects of learning:
1. Personal progress stems from the personal actions and words of supervisors at all levels. From assistant to class teacher, I have more than ten years or even decades of work experience, very rich and approachable, and I am my mentor and friend in my work and life. When I first took over human recruitment, I was not familiar with the recruitment process and form of the group. While doing a good job of "passing on, helping and leading" newcomers, director Nie Zhenya patiently talked about problems, taught methods in detail, and "helped the horse through a journey", meticulous and conscientious. Manager Li often teaches us: "administration is a service unit, and everyone must learn to do service work first;" If the service work is not done well, you are not qualified to manage. "Manager Li practices in his work, and there is no shelf for managers at all. The office is competing with us to do 5S, repair the urinal in the bathroom, lock the office door and so on. I was deeply moved by his personality charm. Managers can do this, how can subordinates not make progress?
I still remember that Associate Professor Zeng gave specific guidance to the basketball league work I promoted many times. Associate Professor Xie specially told us the truth of "thinking like silk" at our administrative morning meeting ... Many teachings have been in my mind and I dare not slack off. I naturally have no reason to disappoint those executives who are still so concerned about their subordinates and our growth and progress in spite of their busy schedules.
2. Personal progress benefits from the group's education and training system and the promotion of "new talent training" of human resources. In order to help new colleagues smoothly integrate into Foxconn, HR colleagues specially organized a "new training" course plan in May. Through the study, I learned about the group and the business department (manufacturing department)
Brilliant development process, familiar with the personnel policies, rules and regulations of the group and all levels, and mastered basic common sense about safety, daily behavior norms, 5S and so on. The Employee Handbook systematically explains the requirements of personnel management regulations, education, training and technical committees, salary/welfare/insurance, code of conduct, working and living environment, etc. It is an action guide to help us integrate into the group, standardize ourselves and work firmly.
Personal progress is inseparable from the help of colleagues and personal learning accumulation. "Process form" constitutes the "system" of the group. At work, the colleagues who came first are also very experienced in all aspects, and they are handy in using the "flow chart". When I encounter unfamiliar, unfamiliar and incomprehensible situations in my work, these colleagues are naturally the objects of my consultation, and they are often very willing to help me. The information system of the Group is developed, and the websites of IE College, Hon Hai bulletin board system and PCEBG Human Resources Interactive Network are all important channels for me to learn. At work, I downloaded information from the group website and edited a booklet "Walking into Foxconn" for job seekers to read, including the general situation of the group, core competitiveness, age, growth process, business philosophy, group style and many other aspects. I introduced the development history and prospects of the group and institutions to the interviewer, but also enhanced my understanding of the group and enhanced my sense of collective honor and professional belonging.
In the past three months, I have participated in various education and training courses for 65,438+03 times (excluding the "Newcomer Training" series courses), actually completed 40 credits, recognized 38 credits, and completed 88% of the credits required by the annual plan (note: if the "Newcomer Training" course is included, the credits required for the whole year have been completed ahead of schedule).
Second, work after study.
(1) working conditions
In the part of human resources, it is mainly the work of "selecting, educating, using and staying". In T6 human resources, I am a newcomer, starting from scratch, assisting the supervisor to do manpower recruitment, cultural and recreational activities promotion and project operation. In the past three months, I have mainly done the following work:
1, leading the promotion of the first men's basketball league of TAM(VI) aluminum alloy. In view of the remote location of the factory, the surrounding public security environment is not optimistic, there are no entertainment facilities in the factory, and colleagues have nowhere to relax after work, with the strong support of the business department, the manufacturing department and the heads of various departments, the careful guidance of manager Li He and director Nie Zhenya, and the strong assistance of administrative colleagues, the first men's basketball league of TAM(VI) aluminum alloy was officially launched in Shanghai Henglang Lighting Stadium on May 5, 2005, and the manufacturing department started it by itself.
During the activity, with the help of the advantages of the group information office system, several small "innovations" were made: First, Microsoft was adopted.
PowerPoint documents release sports events information, plus animation effects, giving colleagues a refreshing feeling; The second is to meet the information needs of colleagues at all levels in time by combining notes announcement, telephone notification and billboard information announcement; Third, the "basketball news" was released immediately after the game, and the latest game dynamics were announced in time. At present, the basketball league has finished the group match, and it is expected to end smoothly in early June. On the opening day, Xie Xie, Minister of Manufacturing Department, visited the site for guidance. Associate Professor Zeng, the director of the business department, directly participated in the activities and taught me patiently and meticulously many times, which made me very moved and encouraged. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the two associate professors, tutors at all levels and all my colleagues for their strong support!
2. Follow up the secondment of basic manpower. In view of the demand of increasing orders and stabilizing production capacity of aluminum alloy manufacturing department, with the approval of the director of business department and countersigned by PCEBG, the aluminum alloy manufacturing department seconded 65,438+023 basic manpower from South China Training Center in April and May, and this work was carried out by me under the guidance of the director. Since I took over the job, I have set myself the working goal of "building an image, ensuring safety and responsibility".
I am a member of T6. When I walked out the door, my image represented the whole T6. After we moved to the factory, it was the first time for us to enter from the South China Training Center, and it was also the first time for me to contact colleagues in the South China Training Center, thus establishing the image of T6 in the whole group and business group, in front of brothers and new colleagues. To this end, when I asked for a car from the Central General Affairs and Accommodation Department, when I contacted the Education and Training Department of South China Training Center to pick someone up and send someone away, when I introduced the basic situation to my new colleagues, I always adhered to a modest and prudent, humble and restrained working attitude in my usual work. Safety work: before organizing personnel to get on the bus, I will publicize the riding discipline; After taking employees back to the factory, I will explain their life safety precautions, and specially invite colleagues in charge of education and training to open courses on industrial safety. In coordinating employee relations, openly make new colleagues, voluntarily announce their contact numbers, and be willing to help seconded personnel solve practical difficulties and gain their trust with their own practical actions; Usually, they are willing to tell me what they think and come to me if they have any questions. At present, there are 72 secondees (including 24 from Da Lang factory). Except for two people who are about to leave their jobs for personal reasons, the others are stable in thinking, active in work and able to obey management. This work is safe and complete, and there are no accidents.
3. Participate in organizing candidates of manufacturing department to take the non-official to official examination of PCEBG organization department in the first half of 2005. Under the leadership of DT(II) Department of Human Resources and Factory Affairs, the examination for PCEBG institutions in the first half of 2005 was fully launched from the end of April to the beginning of May. According to the arrangement of the department head, I am responsible for following up the work of submitting reports and organizing examinations by our employees. In order to ensure the openness, fairness and justice of this examination and create opportunities for outstanding employees to grow into talents, the human resources unit has made careful preparations; Strictly grasp the performance, qualifications and work performance of candidates, and implement the information disclosure system in every link and step of the candidate submission and organization recommendation process, so that all work can be truly open and transparent, and consciously accept peer supervision. In order to help candidates master the relevant information, human resources specially made the first issue of kanban before the exam; On may 1 1, a special case of organizing and transferring candidates to participate in the unified examination of PCEBG institutions was issued. Before organizing candidates' reference, further clarify the examination discipline and related matters needing attention, establish an image and be strict in discipline; I led a team to the Longhua Park of the Group to take the exam and publicize related disciplines again. Thankfully, in the whole group examination process, all the work was safe and smooth, and there was no violation of discipline by candidates. During the examination in the park, colleagues consciously observed the rules and regulations and maintained the good image of the enterprise in the group.
4. Draft the implementation plan for the staff meeting of TAM(VI) aluminum alloy manufacturing office in May, and be responsible for the preparatory work. At the end of April, Assistant Zeng instructed to hold a staff meeting in Henglang Factory in early May. After receiving the task, the supervisor gave me this burden. Draft the project and submit it to the manager and supervisor for approval, and submit it to the assistant manager for approval. All the work is orderly and busy. What impressed me the most was that it was the first time to hold a similar event in Henglang Factory, and there was no ready-made experience to learn from. Managers and supervisors have given specific guidance on site arrangement for many times. I measured the distance with the meter ruler made by the manager and marked the site. The "location map" was changed from coarse to fine, from fine to fine, and the draft was changed eight times. At 7: 00 a.m. on May 13, we went to the site to set up the venue, debug the sound, and organize colleagues to be in place, which ensured the smooth progress of the staff meeting at 7: 40 a.m. ..
5. In terms of manpower recruitment. In response to the guidance of the business group and the business department to control labor costs, the external recruitment business was suspended from March, effectively controlling the excessive expansion and disorderly growth of manpower; At present, except for a few vacancies, there is no formal manpower demand in other departments. In the recruitment work, we always adhere to the principle of "service first": when receiving interviewers, we should greet them with smiles, invite them to be warm-hearted, invite them to sit in a chair, have a cup of tea to quench their thirst, treat others sincerely, send a blessing, minimize the waiting time of interviewers, and strive to create a warm, harmonious and equal interview atmosphere. At work, I actively communicated with my colleagues in the recruitment department of human resources department of PCEBG business group and maintained a good cooperative relationship.
In addition, in the past three months, I have also participated in some special projects, such as "Planning to establish an intelligent card-swiping system for attendance and catering", "Adjusting the temporary regulations on off-peak power supply during weekends", "Reiterating the punishment regulations of the Group on disturbing public health" and "5. 1 Labor Day holiday and factory safety control matters". Actively promote Henglang Factory's study and utilization of Hongqiao bimonthly, collect manuscripts and pictures for Hongqiao, and strive to enliven cultural and recreational activities in the factory.
(2) Experience
Through the three-month probation period, I mainly have the following understandings and experiences:
1. Through work experience, I have exercised my organizational and coordination skills and improved my communication skills and level. All the work, especially the project follow-up, involves all aspects of big and small affairs, which need to be handled across departments or even business offices and business groups. Communication and coordination skills are particularly important. Through working in the group for three months, I can communicate well with my colleagues and try my best to minimize the resistance to work; At the same time, keep good communication with supervisors and colleagues, and get more help and guidance, and learn a lot invisibly, which is helpful to improve work efficiency.
2. Foxconn Technology Group is a big school ―― there is no end to learning and innovation at work. During the development of the group for decades, a complete system has been formed, with clear workflow and detailed forms. From management system and corporate culture to a project, every job and every process, it is an opportunity and place for me to learn. Of course, when the system is perfect and the culture is mature, is there no room for innovation? Not really! Personally, I think it is very simple to do the work, but it is not so easy to do the simple work well and satisfy everyone. How to adapt to the voices of colleagues, bring forth the new and stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for participation requires efforts in the innovation of working methods. Innovation is not a denial of past experience. Principles and directions must be adhered to, otherwise mistakes are easy to make.
3. Increasing revenue and reducing expenditure and controlling costs are not only management issues, but also important responsibilities of human resources. It is often said that the administrative department is a unit that only spends money. Indeed, any work of "selecting people, educating people, employing people and retaining people" cannot be separated from the support of funds. Therefore, we must have a master attitude in our work. Don't save the money you should spend, and don't spend any more money you shouldn't spend. We should start from bit by bit and cultivate the habit of "doing great things with less money". For example, in the process of holding the men's basketball league, we reduced the cost of the "flag", which is not our negligence in work, but the cost.
A detail of down; Putting up a banner feels a bit imposing, but it doesn't help much to the activity itself. At best, it is just an "image project", which looks good on the face. I think that at present, the business office is still in the stage of entrepreneurship, and the province's money must be saved, even if it is only a dime; You can't do a big gift without being informal, and you can't do great things without caring about money.
4, safety work is not done well, everything is equal to zero. Safety is no small matter, and everything is taking care of the overall situation; Governments at all levels, from national to local, from group headquarters to business groups (offices), attach great importance to safety work. Safety work is not done well, and other aspects are outstanding, resulting in imprisonment; Not only that, in today's implementation of the responsibility system for safety work, if there is any mistake in this work, not only your future will be destroyed, but also the direct supervisor and even the senior supervisor will be implicated. Therefore, no matter what job I take over, I always think of safety first and my mind is nervous.
The string of "safety" consciously adheres to the policy of "prevention first" to prevent problems before they happen. In the past three months, all the work I have handled has been safe and accident-free.
5. Always be grateful at work-thank the supervisor for giving me the opportunity to experience. Doing the right industry, choosing the right company, following the right supervisor and doing the right thing will naturally be handy. After coming to work at Foxconn, I was very happy to meet the directors such as Manager Li and Director Nie Zhenya. They taught me the methods and experience without reservation, and boldly put a burden on me-"the sword front is honed, and the plum blossom fragrance is bitter and cold." Without the trust of the directors and so many opportunities for experience, there would be no room for my growth and progress. So thank you very much for your cultivation. I always devote myself to my work with a grateful heart, cherish every opportunity I experience, and do it seriously, intently and responsibly. I have always kept in mind the idea that the work should be done beautifully and the supervisor should not be disappointed.
6. Unity is strength-teamwork is the magic weapon to defeat the enemy. It's hard to talk with one hand. Without the support of the team, no one can achieve long-term success, no matter how good his skills are. In the above work, although I have my share, I can't do without the support and cooperation of my colleagues. The basketball game I promoted is like this; Recently, the general manager organized and implemented the fire drill in Henglang Factory, but HR colleagues including me also actively cooperated and participated in the whole process, and the activity achieved good results. This is another successful case of unity and cooperation among colleagues.
7. Regarding execution, the president said: "Execution is discipline, determination and responsibility, and we should do things well wholeheartedly."
In the face of execution, I am a primary school student. My understanding is that execution is to do what should be done responsibly. As early as before I joined the group, I heard friends in the industry talk about the deeds and execution of the president. The president enjoys the reputation of "executive leader" both inside and outside the group. So from the day I entered Foxconn, I began to ask myself to be an executive pawn. At work, I will take the initiative to set a timetable for myself. I can finish it on the same day and never put it off until the next day. What can be done this week must never be put off until next week; The key to all this lies in the sense of responsibility and professionalism. Although this is not the whole execution, I believe I will do better with the deepening of my work.
(3) Development vision
1, constantly learn and accumulate experience, and lay a solid foundation for service groups and service colleagues.
2. Respect the supervisor, obey the management, learn from excellent colleagues, and strive to be an example for colleagues in all fields.

(4) Key points of work
In the next stage, the focus and direction of my work is still:
1. manpower recruitment: continue to track the work and ideological trends of basic manpower seconded by the manufacturing department and help them solve difficulties and problems in their work and life in time; According to the needs of the department, follow up the recruitment of civil servants in time, receive factory interviewers and arrange interview time reasonably.
2. Cultural and recreational activities: Continue to promote the first men's basketball league of TAM(VI) aluminum alloy; According to local conditions, plan and organize the later activities, strive for monthly factory activities, and strive to create a good environment for retaining people; Follow up the study and utilization of Hongqiao Bimonthly in Henglang Factory, and strive to publicize and promote TAM(VI) to the outside world through Hongqiao Bimonthly to expand the influence of TAM(VI).
3. Other project work: Do the project well as soon as possible, and strive to reassure the supervisor and make colleagues happy.
I am willing to serve the group for a long time and take on more responsibilities and obligations. Please take more responsibility for supervisors at all levels!
