1. Scope of work responsibilities of the school printing room

(1) Scope of material printing

For units (departments) equipped with computers, materials for printing are input by the unit or department on their own computers, and then the electronic manuscripts are taken to the printing room for conversion and printing.

The plans, summaries, meeting notices, reports, various forms, statements and other materials of each unit (department) are not within the printing scope of the printing room. If it is really necessary to print them in the printing room, they can be printed in the printing room. After approval by the school office, fees will be charged appropriately in accordance with relevant regulations.

(2) Copying range

. Materials copied with the approval of relevant school leaders in accordance with confidentiality regulations;

For various academic conferences, exchange meetings, seminars, and materials that are not within the above scope of copying, if each unit, department, or individual requests to copy, appropriate fees will be charged according to school regulations.

2. Printing work specifications in the school printing room

(1) Material printing specifications

. All materials that need to be printed must be signed by the person in charge of the unit (department) and reviewed by the school office. After the official document is signed by the school leader in charge, the secretary of the school office will submit it to the printing office for printing. The printing office does not directly accept the documents sent by units and departments. Printing materials.

. For printouts submitted to the printing office, the printing office arranges the printing order according to the order of manuscripts and the urgency of the nature of the documents. Each unit (department) shall not require printing in advance without any reason. If there are special circumstances, arrangements must be made through consultation with the school office secretary.

. Proofreading is the responsibility of the drafting unit (department). . Printing must be accurate, clear, neat and timely. The printing error rate of the first draft shall not exceed %, and the error rate of the final draft shall not exceed %.

. Copying is the responsibility of a dedicated person in the school office, and other personnel are not allowed to make copies without permission.

(2) The printer must strictly abide by the confidentiality system, and the documents and materials that are classified or need to be kept confidential, and the typing, proofreading, and copying personnel who handle the work should pay attention to confidentiality.
