These warm blessings and concerns are like bursts of spring breeze, urging me to be more diligent and work harder in the ordinary position of class teacher.

We all know that the class is the basic unit of school education and teaching, and the work of the class teacher is the most important way to guide the healthy growth of students. The class teacher gets along with the students day and night and has a direct impact on the growth of every student in the class. Class teachers are responsible for educating students in many aspects such as their outlook on life, worldview, and values, as well as their behavioral habits, how to treat others, and their words and deeds. How can you make students accept your education with sincerity? I believe that the most important thing about "cultivating people first to establish virtue" is that the class teacher must take the lead in setting an example and teaching by example when students are required to do it. Therefore, after working as a class teacher for more than ten years, I have always insisted that "whatever students are asked to do, I do it first." For example, for morning reading, the school requires me to arrive in the classroom at 5:50, so I set the alarm clock at 5:10 , while some students were still washing hurriedly in front of the faucet, I had already arrived in the classroom early, even in the cold winter. 2. Teach students in accordance with their aptitude and formulate different education plans according to students’ different personalities. "Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" was an educational proposition first proposed by Confucius. It means that teachers should start from the actual situation and individual differences of students and teach in a targeted manner so that each student can develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses and achieve optimal development. Today, with new educational concepts emerging one after another, I think Mr. Kong’s view is still timely. During more than ten years of working as a class teacher, I found that each student has personality differences: some students are smart and lively, but they are dabbling in learning and careless; some students are serious, down-to-earth and diligent, but timid and have low self-esteem. Failure can make him depressed for a long time; some students have poor foundation and poor grades, but they are enthusiastic and generous and willing to help others... As a class teacher, I always carefully observe the behavior of students and strive to accurately grasp the pulse of their thoughts. Look for the best educational opportunities and take advantage of the situation so that students' personalities and abilities can be best developed. For example, Wu Xiaomeng, a student in my class, was in Hongzhi class last semester. This student had a relatively introverted personality. She spoke in a low voice and did not dare to speak loudly. I learned that she lacked confidence in herself, but she did very well in Chinese and English, but only in mathematics and physics. Slightly worse, logical thinking ability and problem analysis ability need to be strengthened.

After learning about this, I looked for opportunities to encourage her many times, guide her in learning physics and mathematics, encourage her to ask the teacher for advice if she didn't know how to do it, and improve her logical thinking and analytical skills by solving problems. He himself thinks that studying is useless because he still has to go out to work after graduation. With such a wrong view, he dropped out of school three times in a month and returned home. Through communicating with his parents, I learned that his family is very special, and his dropping out of school left his parents helpless and anxious. So I patiently persuaded him over and over again, using reason and emotion, and finally made him realize the importance of learning and finally decided to go back to school and study hard. I also gave him a lot of help in life and study, and my hard work paid off. , he finally made a vow not to drop out of school and continued his education unswervingly. When the student was divided into classes in his sophomore year of high school, he was assigned to my class, Lingyun Class 10. His academic performance improved a lot.
