How to maintain the air-conditioning compressor without refrigeration

Air conditioning compressor refrigeration maintenance method is as follows

First, check whether the mode of the remote control is cooling and whether the temperature is lower than room temperature. It is suggested that the temperature should be set at about 26 degrees Celsius in winter and summer, which is both energy-saving and comfortable.

Second, check whether the fan of the outdoor host machine rotates. If it rotates, it means that the main engine is electrified normally and the circuit is fine. Abnormal fan speed may be caused by loose locking screws of fan blades.

Third, see if the compressor rotates. If the air conditioner does not cool the compressor, first check whether the power supply of the compressor terminal is normal and whether the compressor has shading and cooling treatment. If it is not so hot, the compressor will automatically start overheating protection and will not rotate. Then check whether the over-current thermal protector of the compressor is broken or the compressor is broken.

4. If the indoor unit operates normally and the outdoor fan operates normally, observe whether the compressor is started. If the compressor is not started, use a multimeter to measure whether the compressor has a voltage of 220 V. If there is a voltage, the starting capacitor of the compressor is usually broken. If the capacitor is changed or not, it may be a compressor problem, and the overcurrent thermal protection is rarely broken.
