Can the shops in the mall be bought and sold?

Legal analysis: there are two kinds of shops in large shopping malls:

One is the actual bunk, you can buy as many as you want, and there are physical bunks. When renting, it is rented according to the actual shop area. Rent as much as you can.

The other is the right to operate. You don't own the actual berth, but only have a certain percentage of ownership. When renting a shopping mall, you can disrupt all the shops and re-divide them, and then pay the rental income according to the proportion of everyone's purchase investment.

Article 708 The lessor shall deliver the lease item to the lessee in accordance with the contract, and keep the lease item in line with the agreed purpose during the lease period.

Article 716 The lessee may sublease the lease item to a third person with the consent of the lessor. If the lessee sublets, the lease contract between the lessee and the lessor shall remain valid; If a third party causes losses to the lease item, the lessee shall compensate for the losses.

If the lessee sublets without the consent of the lessor, the lessor may terminate the contract.
