3. Determination and settlement of contract price:

4. Quality requirements:

1. Strictly comply with the current national "Safety Technical Specifications for Fastener Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction" (JGJ130-2001) and construction acceptance standards. Conduct project quality inspection and evaluation based on the spirit of relevant documents, follow construction operating procedures, and carry out erection in accordance with specification requirements.

2. Complete the shelf erection work in strict accordance with the quota regulations and construction plan requirements. Party B’s erection items shall be inspected by Party A according to JGJ59-99 standards, and the quality shall meet the requirements.

3. Party A must obey the supervision of Party A’s management personnel.

5. Construction period and progress:

1. Party B of this scaffolding project must organize reasonable personnel, and the construction period shall be as scheduled in accordance with the requirements of the project department. If the construction period is limited, Party A has the right to order Party B to increase personnel in a timely manner. If Party B is unable to increase the number of personnel, Party A has the right to increase the number on its own, and all costs will be deducted from Party B's project payment.

2. Party B shall make careful arrangements and allocate sufficient materials and personnel according to the construction progress plan determined by Party A. If Party B affects Party A’s construction progress requirements due to personnel reasons, Party A will be responsible for the delay of one day if the progress is delayed. Party B shall be fined 2,000 yuan per day per building.

6. Material management:

1. The materials required by Party B must be notified to Party B 48 hours in advance. Party A must transport the materials within 30 hours after receiving the notice from Party B. construction site.

2. The materials used in construction are collected in a relatively concentrated place after construction every day, and stacked neatly according to Party A’s requirements, and the fasteners are taken back to the fastener shed. Party B has the right to impose corresponding penalties based on the size of the loss due to Party B's disorderly stacking of materials causing losses to Party A.

7. Logistics and safety management:

1. Party B’s construction personnel entering the site must accept the requirements and regulations of the on-site construction management personnel. Party B shall provide employee employment certificates, operation certificates, photos, and copies of ID cards when entering the site. Party A will cooperate in applying for temporary residence permit, arranging accommodation and dining in the canteen.

2. Party B shall make safety briefings on employees’ daily lives and before construction. If any safety accidents occur, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities.

3. During the period when the scaffolding has been accepted and delivered to project operators and put into construction, Party B must strengthen use inspection, perform regular maintenance, discover safety hazards and make timely rectifications to ensure that the scaffolding is in a safe and stable state.

4. Party B’s construction workers are not allowed to dismantle the scaffolding components without authorization, and are not allowed to change their uses at will or overload them.

5. Party B shall hang up safe and civilized construction slogans and signs in different parts according to the requirements of the project department to create a safe and civilized construction atmosphere.

6. If there are any logistical or other problems, Party A will fully cooperate with Party B to resolve them.

8. Civilized construction management:

1. Party B must implement the construction plan and image progress of the project department, and strictly implement the standards and operating procedures currently issued by the country.

2. In order to ensure the physical and mental health of employees, Party B’s workers must strictly abide by the relevant life management rules and regulations of the project department.

3. Do a good job of cleaning up the site, so that the site is cleared and all materials are used up. After Party B's construction tasks are completed, the used steel pipes, fasteners, bamboo chips and other materials must be cleaned up and stacked neatly in the location designated by Party A. If there is any disorder, penalties will be imposed depending on the severity of the case. The fines incurred by Party B and its subordinate construction workers shall be borne by Party B. The construction site must be kept clean and intact.

4. Party B recruits workers on its own, signs labor agreements with workers on its own, manages the lives of its subordinates, and correctly handles the payment of labor remuneration; The resulting liability shall be borne by Party B.

9. Responsibilities and obligations of Party A and Party B:

Party B is fully responsible for Party A. During the performance of the contract, whether Party B fails to perform or fails to properly perform its obligations under the contract ( Party A may fine or claim compensation from Party B for any losses caused to Party A due to work stoppage, personnel organization, insufficient labor force, etc.

1. Party A’s responsibilities and obligations:

(1) Party A appoints Party A to fully perform Party A’s rights and obligations and ensure construction quality, safety management, construction progress, and achievement protection , process handover, civilized construction, and full performance of the contract.

(2) Party A cooperates with Party B to explain the approved scaffolding erection and disassembly plan before construction.

(3) During the construction process, Party A will cooperate with the project department to reasonably formulate the construction operation cycle and schedule the project progress in a timely manner, so as to facilitate Party B to make sufficient preparations for material and labor reserve arrangements.

(4) Party A will cooperate with Party B to provide necessary construction conditions according to the construction, and be responsible for quality and safety management and supervision.

(5) Conduct quality inspection and acceptance of the subcontracted projects constructed by Party B. The project department has the right to put forward suggestions for rectification of quality and safety problems that occur during Party B's construction, and Party B will make rectifications within a time limit. If Party B refuses to make rectifications or fails to complete rectifications on time, Party A has the right to impose financial penalties on Party B until Party B is removed from the job.

(6) Party A has the right to inspect the quality of Party B’s construction content and whether the construction is carried out in accordance with the plan at any time. If any areas that do not meet the requirements are found, Party A may request Party B to make rectifications at any time.

2. Party B’s responsibilities and obligations:

(1) Party B appoints Party B to fully perform Party B’s rights and obligations, ensuring construction quality, safety management, construction progress, achievement protection, process handover, Civilized construction, erection of exterior frames and safety protection, and full performance of the contract.

(2) During construction, materials must be stacked according to the location designated by Party A, and materials for scaffolding removal must be stacked according to Party A’s requirements. ?

(4) Party B must accept the safety technical explanation of the construction content completed by the project department.

(5) Party B must carry out erection and disassembly construction in strict accordance with the formulated construction operation plan. After the erection is completed, it must be accepted by the relevant departments and a qualified acceptance sign must be hung before it can be put into use. Use without a qualified acceptance sign is strictly prohibited. Otherwise whoever uses it is responsible.

(6) Party B shall obey Party A’s arrangements during construction. If Party B fails to meet the specification requirements during the erection process, Party B shall bear all losses incurred.

(7) Party B must strictly implement the regulations of the project department.

10. Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes arising during the performance of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be resolved in accordance with the law in the local people's court where Party A is located, and all costs incurred due to litigation will be borne by the responsible party.

2. Failure to perform the contract or fail to perform the contract in a timely manner due to force majeure shall be governed by Articles 117 and 118 of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.

11. Other matters

1. Any situation not stipulated in the contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.

2. Matters not covered shall be governed by contract law.
