The local epidemics in my country still have the characteristics of being numerous, widespread, frequent, and long-lasting, and the prevention and control situation has become increasingly severe and complex. Inter-provincial and cross-regional epidemics are increasing, new and old epidemics are superimposed in many places, epidemics have rebounded in some areas, and local clusters of epidemics have occurred in many places in our province. In order to protect the health of the people of the province, experts from the Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention warmly remind:

1. Fulfill responsibilities and cooperate with inspections.

Consciously fulfill personal responsibilities and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature testing, scanning venue codes, checking health codes and travel codes, and nucleic acid testing. If you have recently received relevant epidemic prevention text messages and health code pop-up reminders, please actively cooperate and implement relevant health management measures.

2. Take precautions and travel healthily.

Consciously abide by the basic code of conduct for epidemic prevention, insist on personal protection when going out, and maintain good hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks, ventilating frequently, serving chopsticks, "one meter noodles", cough etiquette, cleaning and disinfection. In public places, promptly remind people around you to wear masks properly and abide by the basic code of conduct for epidemic prevention. It is recommended to understand the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination in advance before traveling, avoid going to high-risk areas, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and take personal protection during the journey. It is recommended that officials and employees of party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions at all levels, including various associations and other units, should not leave Hunan unless it is urgent or necessary in the near future.

3. When entering or returning to Hunan, please report in time.

Before arriving in Hunan, persons entering Hunan should report at least one day in advance through the "Report for Entry to Hunan" applet of the "Hunan Provincial Resident Health Card" or the registration applet of the destination. All persons entering Hunan must present proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entering Hunan, and must cooperate with various prevention and control measures after arriving in Hunan. All transportation stations and highway epidemic prevention service points across the province inspect and report the status of people entering Hunan from outside the province. Those who deliberately conceal their itinerary and avoid inspections, causing the spread of the epidemic, must be held accountable in accordance with the law.

4. Reduce gatherings and reduce risks.

Do not go out unless necessary and do not gather unless necessary. It is recommended that all localities refrain from holding large-scale gatherings, trainings and other activities at all levels unless necessary in the near future. Adhere to the principle of "delaying happy events, keeping funerals simple, and not holding banquets", strictly implement prevention and control measures related to various gathering activities, and avoid going to places with dense crowds or confined spaces to reduce the risk of infection.

5. Strengthen monitoring and standardize medical treatment.

Firmly establish the concept of "everyone is the first person responsible for his or her own health" and actively monitor self-health. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell, diarrhea, etc. occur, Do not take medicine by yourself, wear a medical mask in time, go to the nearest fever clinic for medical treatment, and actively inform the doctor of your travel history, contact history, etc., and avoid taking public transportation during the treatment process.

6. Strengthen vaccination and build barriers.

Strictly implement the "Prevention of Frequent Diseases" and maintain physical and mental health at all times. In view of the possible "superposition" of the new coronavirus epidemic and common winter respiratory diseases, prevent winter infectious diseases such as influenza, measles, and chickenpox. Those who meet the vaccination requirements and have no contraindications to vaccination are required to take the initiative to complete vaccinations against COVID-19, influenza, measles, chickenpox, and pneumococcal vaccines. Protect yourself and your family and jointly build a universal immunity barrier.
