The announcement is as follows:

1. Number of positions developed

3. Treatment standards. Rural public welfare posts are uniformly subsidized by the government, which is not lower than the local hourly minimum wage standard and is determined based on factors such as job type and working hours. Post subsidies are paid on a monthly basis. The post subsidy period for the same person generally does not exceed 3 years. After the expiration of rural public welfare posts, it can be appropriately extended according to the situation; purchase accidental injury commercial insurance of no more than 100 yuan for those in rural public welfare posts

Three , Recruitment procedures

In accordance with the principles of "who develops, who uses, and who manages" and "openness, fairness, competition, and merit selection", we adopt "one announcement, two applications, three evaluations, four public announcements, and five approvals". IV. Registration time and method

Registration time: November 2022 November 10th - November 12th, 2022

Registration method: Registration shall be carried out through a combination of on-site registration and village recommendation. Each person is limited to one position.

Registration location: Each Villagers Committee

Registration materials: For rural public welfare positions, fill out the "Qingzhou Rural Public Welfare Personnel Recognition Form" for details, see Appendix 2; I have valid ID card and 3 copies. If you are disabled, provide disability certificate and photo.

5. Dynamic Management

Implement exit and replenishment mechanisms, and encourage urban and rural public welfare staff to find employment through market-oriented channels. If employees in public welfare positions naturally quit or should be dismissed, the village must terminate the labor agreement in a timely manner and report it to the Gaoliu Town Human Resources and Social Security Office for filing in a timely manner, and stop issuing subsidies from the next day after the labor agreement is terminated. If a job vacancy occurs due to the withdrawal of personnel, qualified resettlement personnel should be promptly replenished in accordance with relevant procedures

Natural withdrawal. If a person placed in a public welfare position falls into one of the following circumstances, Gaoliu Town will urge them to withdraw:

1. Those who have achieved employment through employer recruitment, flexible employment, self-employment, etc.;

2. Those who voluntarily quit their positions;

3. Those whose public welfare positions have expired;

4. Those who cannot continue to work normally;

5. Other situations that require you to quit your job.

Personnel clearance. If a person placed in a public welfare position falls under any of the following circumstances, Gaoliu Town will be responsible for dismissal:

1. The application materials are false and inaccurate;

2. The person fails to provide corresponding labor, and others Substitute for work;

3. Absent from work for more than 15 consecutive days without reason or a cumulative absence of 30 days within a year;

4. Disobey post management or violate post management regulations, causing adverse effects ;

5. The work quality and standards do not meet the requirements, and the rectification is still not in place;

Qualification review runs through the entire process of public placement work.

Applicants must ensure that the submitted materials are true and valid. If the application materials are deliberately concealed or falsified during the placement process, once it is discovered and confirmed, the applicant will be immediately disqualified and I shall bear all consequences arising therefrom. If any violation of resettlement work procedures and work disciplines is found, the relevant units and personnel will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

Personnel participating in the resettlement should ensure that communication tools are open, and the relevant consequences caused by poor communication will be borne by themselves.

This registration deadline is November 12, 2022. If there are still positions left in the job plan by the deadline, registration should be continued in accordance with regulations and procedures.
