Household registration, also known as hukou, refers to the legal documents made by the administrative organs responsible for household registration management to record and retain the basic information of the registered population. Fresh graduates of full-time national education series ordinary colleges and universities, secondary specialized schools and technical colleges, as well as previous graduates whose household registration was entrusted to schools, Yunnan University Graduates Employment Service Center and other collective households after graduation, can move their household registration into their pre-school origin (including rural areas), their parents' current permanent residence registration, employment units or community collective households in the province according to their wishes and actual conditions. According to the following provisions:
(a) to apply for the transfer of household registration to the place of origin (including rural areas) before entering school and the location of the current household registration of parents, submit the following materials:

2. Graduation certificate (diploma);
3. Employment registration (registration) certificate;
4. Proof materials of immediate family members;
5. Land contractual management right certificate and immovable property right certificate (homestead use right certificate);
6. Resident identity card;

The name registered in a citizen's household registration shall not violate public order and good customs, and shall not harm public interests. In addition to surnames, citizens' names should also register Chinese characters in the General Specification Chinese Characters Table. Ethnic minorities and citizens who have been approved for naturalization may be named according to the customs and habits of their own nation or country of origin, but the names translated and written in Chinese characters should be filled in the "Name" column. For the first time, the name of the baby recorded in the birth medical certificate shall prevail.
