Transmission: There are three modes of transmission of AIDS:

1. Sexual contact transmission, including sexual contact between the same sex or the opposite sex. Worldwide, unprotected sex is the most important route of AIDS transmission. Diagnosis: Up to now, there is only one most reliable method to diagnose HIV infection, that is, laboratory pathogen detection. At present, HIV antibody testing is mainly carried out in China. Only after the initial screening test of antibodies is positive, can the confirmed test be done, and those who are positive can be determined as virus infection.

According to Liu Yongsheng, director of the Physical Examination Center of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in recent years, more and more people have taken the initiative to ask for AIDS testing, and AIDS testing has been increasingly included in the compulsory check-up items of the unit's on-the-job physical examination. Treatment: At present, there is no effective treatment for AIDS, so prevention is the most important.
