According to the reception standards in Chapter III of the Administrative Measures for Domestic Official Reception of Party and Government Organs in Henan Province, domestic official receptions are not allowed to be organized at airports, stations, high-speed intersections and the boundaries of jurisdictions, not to be seen off across regions, not to post banners, not to arrange for the masses to see you off, and not to lay welcome carpets. The main person in charge of the local and departmental departments shall not attend the welcoming ceremony, strictly control the number of people accompanying them, and shall not be accompanied by many people at different levels.
