2. Newcomer Interview

First Round - Auditions

First of all, I want to explain that after members of each organization department have daily contact with the new students and find out some talents that our department really needs, they can inform the minister, and after the minister and deputy After the minister agrees, the applicant can directly pass the first round of interviews. The initial date for the first round of interviews is September 16th.

Second session

In this session, the interviewer will ask questions based on the freshmen’s self-introduction to further understand the other person’s daily life and study, and at the same time ease the freshmen’s of tension. (Testing the interviewer’s adaptability, logical organization, and language expression skills. Control within 5 minutes)

The third session

This session is a quick question and answer session, and the questions are focused on the work of the organization department. The requirements are divided into two types of questions: *** answer questions and individual answer questions.

***Answer: 1. Why did you choose the Organization Department? In your concept, what should an organizational department look like? 2. What do you think your strengths are? Are you a practical person or a creative person? What are the chances of getting hired?

Answer questions:

1. If you are given one yuan, ten yuan, or one hundred yuan, how much would you choose? What do you plan to use it for?

2. Working in the organization department, I give you a piece of paper and a pen. What do you want to do?

3. Based on your personal first impression, what are the shortcomings of the minister (deputy minister)?

4. Please list the things about the school that make you most satisfied and least satisfied.

5. When you are in a bad mood and don’t want to do anything, and things from the organization department come to disturb you, how will you deal with it?

6. What suggestions do you have for the construction of the organization department? What kind of atmosphere do you hope to create? What special activities do you hope to have?

Second round - key selection

Our department will cooperate with other departments in this round of interviews, which is initially scheduled to be held on September 21. During the interview, all students who passed the first round are asked to enter the interview venue, and each person will be given an exam paper printed by several of our cooperative departments. This exam paper is a combination of 2 or 3 multiple-choice questions from each department. The question content must not obviously involve relevant content of this department.

After the interviewer answers, a group discussion session will be held (to examine the interviewer’s teamwork and discussion organization skills). Give the group members 2 minutes to prepare, and then 3 minutes for the group to express their opinions, or to complement each other, in various forms, and strive to be innovative.

Discussion question: Would you rather be a small fish in a big pond, or a big fish in a small pond?

After the discussion, a concluding speech will be held. Everyone summarizes today's interview in one sentence. It can be about feelings or it can convince us to hire you. Feel free to express yourself. (To examine the interviewer’s summarizing and emotional rendering abilities)

Third Round

Students who pass the second round will enter the Organization Department to start a one-month work probation period. During this period, new members need to submit their personal vision for the work of the organization department and design an activity plan of their own. You must have a team spirit at work, be diligent and down-to-earth, have a sense of responsibility, and be optimistic and cheerful.
