Ten clarifications, fourteen persistences, thirteen achievements, and six persistences

The ten clarifications, fourteen persistences, and thirteen aspects of achievements were proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The six persistences were proposed by the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
