Recently, locally confirmed cases of COVID-19 and asymptomatic infections have appeared in many places in China. On February 21, 2022, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported 1 new locally confirmed case and 2 asymptomatic infections. On the same day, 4 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, including 3 foreigners and 1 close contact. On February 22, 1 local confirmed case of COVID-19 was found in Qingdao, and 4 new local cases were reported in Beijing. As of 9:00 on February 22, 2022, there were 5 high-risk areas and 138 medium-risk areas nationwide. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of the spread of the new coronavirus epidemic, the Jinxiang County Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued the latest health risk warning:
1. People with a history of traveling to Qingdao and Beijing since February 9, 2022 and confirmed cases If there are overlapping people who are accompanying you at the same time and space, please take the initiative to report your personal information to your unit, community, and hotel as soon as possible, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and medical observation.
2. People who have a history of traveling to Bayannur City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Wuhan City in Hubei Province since February 8, 2022, as well as people whose movement trajectories overlap with those of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections, and who are accompanying them at the same time and space. Please take the initiative to report personal information to your unit, community, and hotel as soon as possible, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and medical observation.
3. From Qingdao, Beijing, Bayannur, Wuhan, Chengdu, Jixi, Jinzhong, Luzhou, Baotou, Zhongshan, Dehong, Honghe, Hohhot, Guangzhou, Wuxi, Nantong, Hulunbuir, Wenshan, People who deposit funds in Suzhou, Shenyang, Huludao, Nanning, Heihe, Baise, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other areas where local epidemics occur, please bring a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and take another nucleic acid test after arriving at the destination; recent deposits from the above areas Those who have arrived at their destination should take the initiative to report to the community, hotel and unit, conduct nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days as required, and continue to conduct self-health monitoring for 7 days.
4. Focus on Suzhou since January 28th and Hohhot since February 6th. Bayannur City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Wuhan City in Hubei Province since February 8th. Qingdao since February 9th. In the investigation of depositors in the city and Beijing, in accordance with the requirements of the provincial prevention and control policy, health management measures will be implemented for people who have overflowed from the closed areas, controlled areas, and prevention areas, and the frequency of nucleic acid testing will be increased, and family members who live with them will be screened. Carry out nucleic acid testing with colleagues in the same office.
5. Persons in counties located in medium- and high-risk areas will have their funds temporarily suspended. Those who really need to bring money will be subject to 7 days of centralized quarantine and 7 days of home health monitoring after arrival. Persons who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement are required to implement health management until 14 days after arrival, and undergo two nucleic acid tests within the first 3 days of follow-up. After returning home, they should not go out or gather unless necessary.
6. Persons from other counties in the cities where medium and high-risk areas are located are not allowed to pay unless necessary. Those who really need to receive funds must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, undergo a nucleic acid test upon arrival, and implement self-health monitoring for 7 days. During this period, they will not go out. When they really need to go out, they must take personal protection and do not participate in gathering activities. When entering or leaving public places, do not take public transportation. Personnel who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement is required to undergo two nucleic acid tests.
7. Strictly restrict travel to medium- and high-risk areas and counties, and do not travel to other counties in cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located unless necessary; personnel in high-risk positions should avoid traveling as much as possible, and those who really need to travel People must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to their unit; fever patients, people with "yellow code" health codes and other personnel must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities and actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid testing. Do not travel until the risk of infection is eliminated.
8. Strictly implement personal protection measures such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently, and avoiding gatherings" and develop good personal hygiene habits. Once symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, etc. occur, go to the fever clinic of a medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transportation.
9. The majority of residents must correctly understand the necessity, safety and importance of vaccination against the new coronavirus. Children aged 3-11 who have not completed two doses of immunization should complete the full course of immunization as soon as possible; those aged 18 and above who have been fully vaccinated for more than 6 months should complete the booster immunization as soon as possible, choose one of homologous booster immunization and sequential booster immunization That’s it.
