People and things in the literary works of famous writers are discovered and refined by writers from their lives. Personal life, family life, social activities, friends, relatives and even strangers, as long as we can know, can all be the material of our writing. If you can record what you do, think and think every day through a diary, it is not only writing, but also accumulating personal experience or time management.

Get it from work. First of all, the work itself has many things that we need to write, such as work plans, summaries, various schemes, copywriting, reports, innovations and suggestions for work, as well as documents, information and notices that we see every day. Second, all kinds of related things, work progress, participating in all kinds of important activities (meetings), visiting customers or celebrities, participating in training, work experience, work lessons, etc. All of them can be our writing materials at work, some of which can be recorded in work diaries, some can be recorded in personal growth diaries, and some can be written as news or information manuscripts.

It is necessary to scientifically classify and preserve materials according to their media and writing needs, so that they can be consulted and used anytime and anywhere.
