3.2 Finished product rework and repair

3.2. 1 QC found that the finished product did not meet the quality requirements during the finished product inspection. 3.2.2 After the finished product is reworked and repaired, the production department shall resubmit it to the quality department.

3.3 Rework of warehousing semi-finished products

3.3. 1 If the semi-finished products that have been put into storage need to be changed again due to design defects, the design department will issue a change order, the production department will take the semi-finished products out of the warehouse according to the requirements of the change order, and the production supervisor will arrange relevant personnel to rework them according to the relevant process requirements.

Procedure:

According to the release approval issued by the quality department, the production manager issues the products that need to be reworked? Rework notice? , including: rework time, operation method, rework product name, batch number and quantity, etc.
