1. Make a monthly calibration plan according to the annual calibration plan of measuring instruments, and complete the internal and external calibration of measuring instruments on time.

2. Track and sort out the relevant descriptions and calibration data of various monitoring and measuring equipment (including new purchase and periodic calibration), confirm that the data is complete and effective, and sort it out and report it to the measurement engineer for the record.

3. Scientifically number and post labels on measuring instruments to ensure that the accounts are consistent, and carry out continuous dynamic maintenance according to the status of measuring instruments.

4. According to the status of measuring instruments, do a good job of updating the accounting of measuring instruments in the case of receiving, maintenance, loss, scrapping and calibration.

5. If any abnormality of measuring instruments is found, feedback it to the measuring engineer in time, and do a good job in updating management after maintenance.

6. Manage the configuration of monitoring and measuring equipment of the user department, establish and dynamically maintain the spare parts library, and ensure the normal use of field measuring instruments.

7. Participate in the inspection of measurement problems and confirm the improvement of the problems.

Duties of Metrologists Chapter 3

1. Weigh and measure daily incoming materials, and make records in time to ensure accurate quantity, and make statistics and overall related reports;

2. Be responsible for the management of materials and vehicles in the station, ensure the normal production and maintain the order in the station;
