In order to further strengthen the care for minors and care for the rule of law, the People's Court of Shunchang County, Nanping City, Fujian Province organized a series of publicity activities on the rule of law with the theme of "growing together with legal partners and guarding the future", and sent a holiday "rule of law spree" full of dry goods to children, which effectively enhanced the concept of the rule of law and law-abiding awareness of young people and promoted their healthy growth under the escort of the rule of law.

Shunchang Court, together with County Procuratorate, County Judicial Bureau and County Women's Federation, went to Zheng Sheng College to carry out the theme activity "Children strive to be good children with four self-confidences". By explaining the law by case, the police officers popularized legal knowledge on the spot, and at the same time led the students present to watch the exhibition board of the rule of law, popularized the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC), and distributed publicity materials to guide students to develop good behavior habits of learning, understanding, abiding by the law and using, and learn to use legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

Shunchang Court also invited more than 20 teachers and students from Fuzhou Campus of County Experimental Primary School to participate in the "Court Open Day" in conjunction with the county procuratorate. Under the guidance of the commentator, teachers and students visited the cultural wall of the court, the science and technology court and the exhibition hall of rule of law culture and education. Students wear robes, hold hammers, listen to lessons, express their feelings and feel the power of the rule of law in an "experiential" way.

In addition, Shunchang Court, in conjunction with the county procuratorate, the county judicial bureau, the county education bureau, the Youth League Committee, the county women's Federation, the county youth work committee and other units, held a symposium on the protection of minors with county people's congress deputies, CPPCC members and teachers' representatives. At the meeting, the participants introduced the protection of minors in various units in detail, deeply analyzed the existing problems, and expressed their opinions and suggestions on the education of the rule of law, psychological cultivation, crime fighting and crime prevention.
