The activities are summarized as follows:

The first part-main practices and characteristics

1. Organize study and discussion to improve ideological understanding

After receiving the Notice, our school immediately set up a meeting of all cadres and workers headed by President Zhang Qingbo, held a special study and discussion, and organized all the staff to study the Notice in its original form. So as to improve ideological understanding: First, it is an effective way to clearly carry out the publicity and education of "March 1 International Civil Defence Day" to arouse the attention of all sectors of society, raise their awareness of air defense and disaster prevention, promote the improvement of their skills in air defense and disaster prevention and self-rescue, and minimize disaster losses. Second, it is clear that the activities should highlight the propaganda theme of "the integration of the two defenses", and air defense and disaster prevention are the specific requirements of "ensuring the safety of the public and building a prosperous, harmonious and charming treasure". Third, it is clear that as educators, we must first improve our ideological understanding, master the knowledge related to air defense and disaster prevention, and do a good job in counseling and answering questions for the majority of students in publicity activities.

2. Highlight the theme of the activity and make careful arrangements

Focusing on the publicity theme, we paid attention to popularizing the knowledge of civil air defense laws and regulations and the knowledge of air defense and disaster prevention to teachers and students, creating a good social atmosphere of civil air defense construction, management according to law, people-oriented and civil defense for the people, and further expanding the influence of civil air defense work. First, flag-raising, assembly and weekend holidays are used to hold a mobilization meeting for civil defense work, to carry out air defense and disaster prevention consultation, and to distribute the Emergency Manual and publicity materials free of charge; Put up air defense and disaster prevention exhibition boards to publicize air defense and disaster prevention knowledge. The second is to use the LED display screen to roll out the slogan of civil air defense on campus: "Firmly establish the awareness of civil air defense, earnestly prepare for civil air defense and disaster prevention" and "Integration of civil air defense and disaster prevention, people-oriented and safe". The third is to organize air defense and disaster prevention drills to improve the civil defense awareness of schools and students. Fourth, more than 5 text messages on disaster prevention and mitigation were distributed to parents through school newsletter, QQ group and WeChat group.

President Zhang attached great importance to this activity, and took active actions and participated in the publicity activities in accordance with the unified arrangements and requirements. First, President Zhang visited the publicity activities of "3.1 International Civil Defence Day" to guide and take the lead in answering relevant questions for teachers and students. Second, all the teaching and administrative staff were required to take to the streets in batches, distribute "Civil Defence Handbook" and publicity materials for villagers, and accept the consultation of the masses. Third, civil air defense publicity and education activities will be included in the summer and arrangement of the unified department of comprehensive school running, with the participation of * * *, and this publicity and education activity will be completed.

First, we should increase investment in publicity and education activities to serve teachers and students

Civil air defense projects are life-saving projects and people's livelihood projects, and the promotion of "March 1 International Civil Defense Day" is to let teachers and students master more knowledge and protection skills in air defense and disaster prevention, and its ultimate goal is to serve people's livelihood. Therefore, in the propaganda work, we should pay attention to the long-term interests and be willing to invest manpower, financial resources and material resources, so that teachers and students can understand the essence of "civil defense for the people", so as to better understand and support our work.

Second, publicity and education activities need Qi Xin's concerted efforts. * * Participating in

It is bound to be difficult to achieve remarkable results only by relying on the strength of schools. Third, publicity and education activities should be focused and sustained

At the same time of organizing large-scale publicity activities, we must vigorously carry out the "five-in" activities, incorporate civil air defense (civil defense) knowledge into disaster prevention laws and regulations, carry out "air defense and disaster prevention" seminars, and pay close attention to it in an all-round and multi-angle manner.
