2. The listed responsible unit (person) is the main responsible unit (person) responsible for this work, and only one responsible unit (person) is listed as far as possible for a job.

3. The time node should be as detailed as possible to the month, and the monthly node should be specific and detailed, so as to visually see whether the monthly node task is completed during the audit.

4. The time node should be consistent with the work task, that is, the last node of the work should be able to complete the annual work task.

5. The time nodes of the task ledger and the key project ledger should be consistent.

6. Pay attention to the format of ledger node. The date of the node is expressed as "the end of X", the date and task are separated by commas, the nodes of each month are separated by semicolons, and the last time is followed by a period.
