How to measure a person's standard weight

Standard weight for girls:

Height (cm)–105 = standard weight (kg)

Take me as an example: 157 height–105 = 52 weight (kg). Because I am 5 feet 7 inches tall, 52kg =104kg is my standard weight, but actually my weight is only about 47kg.

Note: Those who exceed the standard weight 10% are overweight, and those who exceed 20% are obese. /kloc-less than 0/0% is thin, and less than 20% is thin.

The boy's standard weight:

? Height (cm)–100 = standard weight (kg)

? For example: 170 height–100 = 70 weight (kg)

Note: Those who exceed the standard weight 10% are overweight, and those who exceed 20% are obese. /kloc-less than 0/0% is thin, and less than 20% is thin.
