Shopping items are limited to daily necessities and food, and the price of items must not be higher than the local market price.

Article 60 of the "Measures for the Implementation of Detention Center Regulations" provides for the education of detainees in the form of collective education, classified education, individual education, psychological correction, persuasion from relatives and friends, social help and education, and personal testimony.

The detention center should conduct the first interview and education within 24 hours of the detainee entering the facility, and conduct another interview and education before the detainee is released from detention.

Group education for detainees shall be no less than 10 hours per week.
