1. Strengthen closed management. All communities, residential areas, schools, enterprises and institutions and party and government agencies in the jurisdiction, enterprises and institutions and party and government agencies in Zhifu District, etc., implement closed management. Those who purchase antipyretic and cough medicines in retail pharmacies across the region must register with the pharmacy in real name, establish a ledger, and the pharmacy will report to the community and residential area where they are located as soon as possible. The units, street parks, communities, and residential areas where the above-mentioned personnel work must effectively ensure service guarantees and supervise implementation.

3. Suspension of gathering activities. It is strictly prohibited to hold any form of gatherings, dinners, entertainment and other gathering activities. Try to reduce outing activities as much as possible, and do not visit or gather together. You are not allowed to enter or leave public places without wearing a mask. "Red matters" should be postponed, "white matters" should be simplified, and reported to the unit, community and residential area in advance for filing. The responsible management unit should implement various epidemic inspection and prevention measures one by one.

4. Strictly implement the procedures for enterprises to resume work. Properly respond to the wave of resumption of work, comprehensively grasp the plans for the resumption of work of various enterprises within the jurisdiction, "grasp with both hands and be strong with both hands", and solidly implement the two-level district-level reporting and approval system for "starting construction, business opening, and opening of the market" for various market entities. To strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, "Three Opens" enterprises must clarify specific standards such as prevention and control mechanisms, employee management and control, factory disinfection, epidemic prevention materials, emergency plans, etc., and implement the enterprise's protection and control responsibilities to ensure safe and stable production. 5. Strictly restrict the opening range of public places. Strictly control public entertainment venues. KTVs, gyms, cinemas, libraries and other public entertainment venues that are not necessary for residents' lives within the jurisdiction will continue to be closed or postponed. Supermarkets, pharmacies, wholesale markets and other places should arrange business hours reasonably, conduct regular disinfection and sterilization, have the temperature of everyone entering, and business personnel and shoppers must wear masks and other protective equipment. Promotional activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. The express delivery and takeout industries have fully implemented "contactless delivery", and relevant companies should strengthen delivery safety inspections.

6. Implement the main responsibilities of rental housing management. Implement the responsibilities of the main body of rental housing and the supervision responsibilities of communities and residential areas, and strengthen policy publicity and control of renters. Until the epidemic is over, all intermediary agencies and individuals will suspend new house rental business.

It is necessary to strengthen the management of housing tenants, establish and improve the registration and reporting system for tenants, and tenants from key epidemic areas should be checked one by one and clearly informed of the postponement of return. 7. Strengthen the management and prevention of commercial and residential buildings. Ownership units and property management units of all types of commercial and residential buildings must set up checkpoints and posts on a floor-by-floor basis, and be on duty 24 hours a day. All central air conditioners are out of service, non-essential public spaces in the building are prohibited from opening, and all elevators and other small closed places should implement preventive disinfection and other measures every day.
