Qinglong Mountain Scenic Area is located in Wangdianzi Town in the west of Luanzhou City, Tangshan City. It was opened to the public in May 2010 and is now a provincial-level scenic spot and a national AAAA level tourist attraction.

Qinglong Mountain Scenic Area was called Qingliang Mountain in ancient times. It was named because it is surrounded by mountains and full of pines and cypresses. The gentle breeze makes it cool in midsummer. It is a summer resort. It belongs to the remnants of the Yanshan Mountains, with an altitude of 439.5 meters, stretching 9 kilometers from east to west, and 8 kilometers in depth from north to south. Its mountains run north to south, with mountains within the mountains and mountains outside the mountains. The peaks are lined up and surrounded by mountains. It has the potential of "ten thousand sects" .

Qinglong Mountain has a long history. It belonged to the Guzhu Kingdom of the Shang Dynasty more than 3,000 years ago.

Qinglong Mountain is very rich in ancient architectural sites. In addition to Sanxiao Palace and Yangu Temple, successive dynasties built Wanghai Tower, Luohan Cave, Longxing Temple, Yunju Temple, Xinglong Temple Theater, Forest of Steles, Mountain Temple, Earth Temple, Caishen Temple, Huangshan Academy, Wanghai Hongya Temple, etc. At the same time, there are also natural landscapes such as the Reclining Buddha, Elephant Mountain, and Yin and Yang Erjing. Each site and landscape has a beautiful myth, legend, and historical allusion, and contains a large amount of folklore and religious culture. Throughout the ages, good men and women have come here to offer incense and worship in an endless stream in order to pray for a peaceful and prosperous life, the health of their children and grandchildren, a good harvest, a prosperous business, successful students, and cure of diseases and longevity. From then on, during the two annual temple fairs, incense was flourishing, bells were ringing, and people were crowded. During the Anti-Japanese War, Qinglong Mountain was the seat of the Jidong Anti-Japanese Government, and the newspaper office and repair shop were located in the ditch in the northeast of Qinglong Mountain. Peng Zhen, Yao Yilin, Li Yunchang, and Yang Yuan all lived here and commanded battles. Zhang Xiaochuan, the captain of the famous "Xiaochuan Detachment", was born in Gaojiayu Village at the foot of the mountain.

Self-guided tour route: Just two kilometers away from the Zhenzi Town exit of the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway.

Bus line: K2 → You 2, the total journey is about 54.1 kilometers

1. Take K2 from Tangshan Station, go through 7 stops, and arrive at Guye Bus Station

2. Walk about 150 meters to Beisi Station

3. Take Tour 2 and go through 11 stops to Qinglongshan Tourist Area Station
