The registration time for the Shaanxi Provincial English Speaking Test is February 6, 2023.

The 2023 Shaanxi Provincial College Entrance Examination Foreign Language Oral Test is scheduled to be held on March 4, 2023 (Saturday). The relevant registration matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Examination objects.

Candidates applying for foreign language majors and other majors that require a foreign language oral test should take the foreign language oral test in addition to taking the unified college entrance examination. Candidates who apply for majors that do not require a foreign language oral test do not need to take the foreign language oral test. 2. Online registration and payment.

Candidates must log in to the Shaanxi Provincial Education Examination Agency portal website or the Shaanxi Admissions Examination Information Network from 9:00 on February 6 to 18:00 on February 12, 2023 to register and pay online.

3. Print the admission ticket.

Candidates who have completed the registration and payment procedures must log in to the registration website from 9:00 on February 27 to 18:00 on March 4 to print out their foreign language speaking test admission ticket and follow the instructions on their admission ticket. Take the exam on time, place and session.

4. Relevant matters.

(1) The Shaanxi Provincial College Entrance Examination foreign language oral test is conducted on a computer. The test subjects include English, Russian, Japanese, German, French and Spanish.

(2) The examination management centers (admissions offices) of each city (district) and county (district, city) are responsible for notifying candidates of the registration time and method for the foreign language oral examination. No additional registration will be arranged after the deadline. Candidates shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from failure to register in accordance with the prescribed time, procedures and requirements.
