A, catenary equipment hanging foreign body accident risk analysis

Because catenary is a kind of power supply equipment without protective coating, it is often influenced by the surrounding environment, especially in windy weather or falling structures, which often leads to foreign objects hanging on catenary equipment or invading the equipment clearance, thus often causing traffic safety accidents.

(2) the name of the area, place or device where the accident occurred. Due to the particularity of catenary, metro depot, parking lot and main catenary are all frequent places for hanging foreign objects or invading equipment clearance. The foreign objects hanging on the catenary in the ground section mainly include plastic bags, woven bags, publicity banners and other light objects. The foreign objects hanging on the catenary in the underground section mainly include balloons, plastic bags and other objects left above the catenary. The foreign objects hanging on the catenary mostly occur on the ground catenary equipment such as parking lots, vehicle depots, and incoming and outgoing lines. According to the climate characteristics, the windy season in spring and summer every year is the stage of frequent occurrence of foreign bodies in catenary, and foreign bodies are mostly suspended in auxiliary clues such as contact wires, carrier cables, hanging strings, supporting and positioning devices and contact suspension.

Second, various measures to deal with foreign bodies hanging from catenary

(1) Measures to deal with foreign bodies hanging on catenary equipment. When a foreign object is found hanging from the station catenary equipment, the driving attendant immediately reports the exact location of the foreign object to the stationmaster on duty and the relevant dispatcher, who will arrange the command in a unified way, and the relevant professionals will rush to the scene at the first time;

1. If the electric bus stops at the platform, and the foreign matter does not affect the operation of the electric bus, it shall be handled after the train leaves the platform.

2. 4. If it is found that foreign objects are not entangled with catenary, wear protective equipment (insulating boots, insulating gloves, fluorescent clothes, etc.) at the station or professionals. ), dial it as far away from the catenary as possible with special insulating tools, take away foreign objects, confirm the line is clear, and report to the dispatcher.

5. If it is found that the foreign body is entangled with the catenary (1), and if the foreign body can be pulled away from the catenary with a special insulating tool, the method of 2. 1.4 should be adopted.

(2) If the foreign bodies on the catenary cannot be removed by using special insulating tools, the professionals of the catenary shall apply for a power outage, connect the grounding wire and take the foreign bodies away.

(2) Measures for handling foreign bodies hanging from overhead contact line equipment in rolling stock depot (parking lot). In the vehicle depot (parking lot), when foreign objects are found hanging on catenary equipment, they should immediately report to the relevant dispatcher, who should inform catenary professionals to bring tools and relief materials to the scene of the accident.

1. If it is found that the foreign body is not entangled with the catenary. Report the status of foreign objects hanging on catenary equipment to the relevant dispatcher. After receiving the order to allow operation, the operation team will pull the foreign matter away from the catenary as far as possible with the insulating rod with hook and knife, and then take it down with the help of the insulating rod to confirm the running state of the catenary equipment. ZuoYeDui personnel, tools and instruments to clear the line, report to the relevant dispatcher catenary foreign body handling and equipment operation status, eliminate the operation order.

2. If foreign objects are found entangled with the catenary.

(1) If the foreign matter hanging on the catenary can be pulled away from the catenary with an insulating rod, it shall be handled according to the scheme of 2. 1.

(2) If the foreign matter hanging on the catenary cannot be removed from the catenary by using the insulating rod, apply for a power outage of the catenary (ungrounded operation-after the power outage is confirmed, use the insulating rod with hook and knife to remove the foreign matter-confirm the running state of the catenary equipment-clear the line by the personnel and tools of the operation team and apply for power transmission of the catenary-report the handling situation of the foreign matter on the catenary and the running state of the equipment to the relevant dispatcher, and cancel the operation order.

3. If the foreign matter can't be removed after the above measures are taken, apply for catenary power outage and grounding operation, and send catenary professionals to handle the power outage.

4. If the foreign object is a hydrogen balloon suspended near the catenary, first dial it to the side as far away from the catenary as possible with an insulating tool, then poke it and take it away.

Three, catenary foreign body handling safety precautions

(a) emergency tools such as insulating gloves, insulating boots and special insulating tools used in foreign body handling must be within the inspection period.

(2) All relevant departments shall assist relevant post personnel to conduct necessary safety training on catenary operation and insulation tools.

(4) When the equipment is charged to deal with foreign matters, it is forbidden to touch rails, cables and other equipment on site, and it is forbidden to bring large non-insulated tools and materials into the area where the catenary is not cut off. Personnel and instruments should keep a safe distance of more than 2 meters from the live equipment of catenary.

(5) The on-site ZuoYeDui shall set up warning signs for driving protection in the direction where vehicles may come, and set up protective personnel when necessary.
