Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 22 The transportation department of the people's government of the autonomous county shall strengthen supervision of the quality of rural highway construction projects. Article 27 If a rural road is damaged due to natural disasters or other reasons, the autonomous county highway management agency and the township people's government shall promptly organize emergency repairs or take measures to eliminate the danger. Chapter 4 Rural Highway Administration

Article 34 Vehicles driving on rural roads must comply with national standards regarding length, height, width and load limits.

Chapter 5 Legal Responsibilities
