According to the requirements of the Municipal Archives Bureau for the year-end assessment of the archives work of all units, we conducted a serious and comprehensive self-examination and collation of the archives of the whole town, and reported on the file inventory. The self-inspection is now reported as follows:
1, further improving the organization and strengthening leadership. The town party Committee and government have always regarded archives work as a major event. On the basis of personnel adjustment at the beginning of the year, the town further enriched and improved the members of the archives management leading group, with Ma Jin 'an, deputy secretary of the town party committee, as the leader, Qin Hao, secretary of the discipline inspection commission, and Zhang, head of the organization department, as the deputy leader, and responsible comrades of the party and government offices, research offices, finance offices, land offices, management stations and civil affairs departments as members, thus establishing and improving a complete archives management network. The town party committee and government have continuously strengthened the management of archives work, forming a good situation in which the work has requirements, arrangements and inspections.
2. Seriously study and implement the Archives Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Archives Regulations of Shandong Province, and manage archives according to law. Especially on the occasion of the 2 1 anniversary of the promulgation of the Archives Law, members of the leading bodies of the town party committees, government organizations, government officials and responsible comrades in villages studied hard and made extensive publicity through publicity vehicles and posters.
3, high standards, strict requirements of matching file staff. Archival work is a meticulous and complicated work, which requires archivists to have rich knowledge, healthy physique, firm belief and the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties and struggling hard. When inspecting and staffing archivists, we adhere to the standard of having both ability and political integrity, and select those comrades who are loyal to their duties, law-abiding and highly educated to undertake this work. The work report is "Report on Archives Inventory". Through hard and meticulous work, the archives management in our town has always maintained a high standard.
Archives infrastructure status
There are 2 office rooms in the archives room, equipped with basic office facilities such as tables and chairs, which basically meet the office needs. This year, our town repainted and renovated the archives room, added iron cabinets, doors and windows, installed curtains, and set desiccants and preservatives in the cabinets, which met the seven prevention requirements of the archives room, such as fire prevention, insect prevention, theft prevention, rat prevention, moisture prevention, glare prevention and mildew prevention, and ensured the safe custody of the archives. In terms of tools, hand drills, electric drills, hygrometers, etc. have been purchased successively, so that the archives room has a reliable material guarantee in management and monitoring.
Archives system construction
On the basis of the original file management, we have further improved the file management system. In accordance with the provisions of the Archives Law and the Regulations of Shandong Province on Archives, under the specific guidance of the Municipal Archives Bureau, combined with the actual situation of our town, we have established and improved eight file management systems, including the file keeping system, the filing system of all kinds of documents and materials, the file access and utilization system, the file appraisal and destruction system, the file confidentiality system and the file staff code. These eight systems are hung on the wall together with the archives law. It has played a very good role in file management.
Archives business construction
According to the requirements of "Archives Law" and "Code for the Construction of Office Archives Work", combined with the construction of archives management business in our town, we mainly did the following work.
1. According to the Code for the Construction of Office Archives, the materials of Party committees, people's congresses, governments and government departments in 2007 were collected, sorted and filed. The leaders of the Municipal Archives Bureau were invited to give professional guidance and training to the archivists in our town for three days, which greatly improved the level of archives management.
2. Strengthen management to ensure the safety and integrity of archives. We have established a strict file management system, and the file management team will immediately rectify the problems found in the regular inspection of files. Archivists often check files. Monitor and register the temperature and humidity of the archives every day, and take measures to keep it within a certain range.
