Article 5 Employees who have not applied for housing provident fund loans in Dazhou City and have sufficient repayment ability and good credit may apply for housing provident fund loans when purchasing newly built commercial housing. If both spouses pay the housing provident fund, the upper limit of the loan limit is adjusted to 700,000 yuan; if one spouse (or single) pays the provident fund, the upper limit of the loan limit is adjusted to 600,000 yuan.
