In order to create a good atmosphere and form a good situation in which everyone in the education system cares about, supports and participates in the creation, the city's education system has created 670 urban publicity exhibition boards, advocated civilized travel, improved the environment and other 220 banners, and distributed more than 20,000 leaflets to the citizens to abide by traffic laws.

Two rounds of parent-teacher conferences on the creation of civilized cities were held, with 700,000 parents attending. Held more than 3200 theme class meetings, league meetings and team meetings, so that primary and secondary school students can actively participate in the creation work. The official WeChat account of Zaozhuang Education Bureau pushed "a letter to create a city" in 22 civilization knowledge competitions, which effectively improved the awareness rate of civilization creation.
