The first Council of XXX advertising association just held elected me as the chairman of the association. I feel very honored, responsible and glorious! I will do my best to unite and lead the association team, strive to promote the development of the advertising industry, strive to create a good environment conducive to the development of the advertising industry, and strive to stimulate the vitality of talents in the advertising industry, so that advertisements involving multiple disciplines can make positive contributions to the sound and rapid economic and social development of our city. The establishment of XX Advertising Association has been concerned and supported by the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal People's Congress, Municipal Government, CPPCC, Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and Provincial Advertising Association, and has received positive response and support from the city's advertising industry. Here, on behalf of the Association, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks! Let me talk about two views on the work of advertising associations:

First, fully understand the importance and necessity of establishing a city advertising association.

As an information bridge, advertising plays an increasingly prominent role in modern social life, and plays an irreplaceable role in communicating production and consumption and promoting enterprise competition. The survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from advertising. Advertising can guide people's daily consumption and change people's consumption concept. With the deepening of China's reform, the advertising industry in our city has developed as rapidly as the whole province. At present, there are XX advertising business units in XX city, including XX professional advertising companies, X TV broadcast advertising business households, X newspaper advertising business households, X periodical advertising business households and other X households. XXX advertising staff; XX advertising examiners and XX advertising professionals; The number of registered outdoor advertising media is ***XXXX, with various enterprises (advertisers) and individual industrial and commercial households. Advertising forms are the same as those in developed areas, including television, radio, Internet, newspapers, periodicals and magazines, printed matter, packaging, neon lights, cloth labels, signboards, bus carriers and other advertisements. Our city is rich in tourism and cultural resources, and advertising will have great potential in developing, upgrading and expanding XX city. But on the whole, the advertising industry in our city started late and its development is relatively backward. First, it is small in scale and has little impact. No advertising company has a national or provincial qualification level; Second, there is a relative lack of professional and technical personnel in advertising, and there are no advertisers in the city who have been assessed by relevant departments; Third, there is still a big gap in advertising design, creativity, production and expression compared with developed places; Fourth, from the perspective of advertising owners (enterprises), advertising awareness is not strong; Fifth, illegal advertisements occur from time to time, and the means of supervision are relatively lagging behind. It can be seen from the above situation that it is very urgent to establish an advertising association to strengthen industry self-discipline and standardize industry behavior.

Advertising Association is the bridge and link between the government and the advertising industry. Establishing advertising association, establishing advertising industry norms and implementing self-discipline in advertising industry are important measures to promote the healthy development of advertising industry and strengthen advertising management. Together with the government's management of the advertising industry and the consumer's supervision of advertising activities, it constitutes the organization and management system of the advertising industry. Through the platform of advertising association, we can effectively carry out a series of activities, such as exchanging advertising academic or experience and selecting excellent advertising works; Investigate and study advertising trends at home and abroad, promote brand and marketing, provide consulting services, and strive to improve the level of advertising design and production; Coordinate the relationship between advertising agents, advertising agents and advertisers in advertising business, and strengthen the relationship between them. So as to promote the healthy development of modern advertising. The importance of advertising in economic and social development is self-evident, and the establishment of advertising association will further enhance the overall social status and service level of advertising industry.

Second, opinions on the work of the association.

The establishment of the advertising association has built a platform for the advertising industry to communicate with each other, marking the development of the advertising industry in our city has entered a new era. The work of the association should closely focus on the purposes and tasks of the association's articles of association, enhance service awareness, take "serving the construction and development of the advertising industry" as the starting point and focus of all work, firmly establish political awareness and social responsibility awareness, adhere to the correct theory and policy orientation, and strive to reassure the government, society, enterprises and consumers. We should always adhere to the basic ideas of democratic organizations, enhance the sense of unity and harmony, unite the overall wisdom of the industry, unite the overall strength of the industry, and promote the development of associations and industries.

(1) Persist in emancipating the mind and renewing ideas. Advertising is the leading industry of market economy and knowledge economy. To grasp and develop the leading industry, we must always emancipate our minds and constantly update our concepts in order to keep pace with the times. The whole industry should clearly understand the situation, emancipate its mind, take the promotion of scientific development as the top priority, firmly grasp the pulse of the times of China's scientific development and building a harmonious society, closely focus on the goals of "six strategies", "three efforts" and "five drives" put forward by the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, build an "international tourist resort, an eco-industrial development base and a clean energy base", closely combine the development law of the advertising industry, strive to explore and innovate, and actively contribute to the enterprise. In order to vigorously develop the enterprise economy, expand the scale of operation and improve the economic benefits of enterprises, we should focus on cultivating and supporting the development of ethnic enterprises in our city, vigorously cultivate well-known enterprises and products in our city, maintain and publicize our good tourism image, and make our enterprises, well-known products and tourism brands penetrate the rich cultural heritage of all ethnic groups in our city through advertising, and strive to promote the sound and rapid economic development of our city.

(2) Cooperate with relevant departments to publicize and implement laws, regulations and policies such as advertising law. The advertising industry in our city should unswervingly adhere to the operation according to law, constantly improve the consciousness of acting in strict accordance with laws and regulations, and at the same time, we must do a good job in industry self-discipline. Industry self-discipline requires advertising enterprises to study and apply the Advertising Law and its related laws and regulations as the first principle that they should strictly abide by in their business activities, including studying, publicizing and implementing the provisions of municipal departments on urban outdoor advertising and highway departments on highway advertising. In short, we should let the participants in TV advertisements, radio advertisements, newspaper advertisements, online advertisements, short message advertisements, outdoor advertisements, real estate advertisements, printed advertisements and commodity packaging advertisements know the law and abide by the law. Make yourself an excellent advertising enterprise that not only supports, publicizes and enforces the law, but also operates according to law, and obtains double harvest of social benefits. It is necessary to create a good environment for fair competition and legal operation, and create more excellent advertising works with profound connotation, incisive and concise style, truthfulness and integrity, which are deeply loved by the society and enterprises.

(three) to carry out the activities of advertising enterprises to participate in the creation of advanced enterprises with spiritual civilization. To carry out the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in advertising enterprises, we must first establish the idea of striving for excellence, start with the leaders of enterprises, and form the ideological concept that everyone takes the construction of spiritual civilization as their own responsibility and takes corporate image and harmony as their own responsibility among employees, so as to lay a solid ideological foundation for enterprises to create spiritual civilization units. Second, we should organize advertising enterprises to actively participate in rectifying false and illegal advertisements. In the course of rectification, we should improve our ideological understanding, consciously resist false and illegal advertisements, stop making false and illegal advertisements and mislead consumers, and dedicate our true and honest advertising works to the society and consumers. The third is to lead the employees of this enterprise to actively participate in public service advertising activities. Public service advertisement is a beacon of spiritual civilization and can play a unique propaganda role. Do more public service advertisements, participate in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization with your own practical actions, and do more work for building a harmonious society.

(four) to carry out the recommendation of the qualification identification of advertising enterprises and the evaluation of advertising professional and technical titles. The qualification identification of advertising enterprises and the evaluation of advertising professional titles are important links to promote dynamic advertising enterprises to become bigger and stronger and take the road of intensive development. Judging from the situation in the whole province, the above work has been carried out for many years, but at present, no advertising enterprise in our city has been recognized as an advertising enterprise with grade qualification by the Provincial Broadcasting Association or the China Broadcasting Association; No advertiser was evaluated as an assistant advertiser or advertiser. Therefore, advertising enterprises in our city should not only creatively produce excellent advertising works with the characteristics of our city to occupy the advertising market, but also take excellent advertisements to the inside and outside of the province. Associations and advertising enterprises should have the same goal and keep pace, strengthen cultivation, strengthen strength, improve academic qualifications, improve the quality of advertising professional and technical personnel, and strive to promote the development and growth of advertising industry in our city.

(five) organize and participate in all kinds of advertising activities, submit excellent advertising works. We should actively organize and participate in a series of advertising activities at home and abroad, especially the annual China International Advertising Festival. In the past, advertising enterprises in our city participated in a series of advertising activities of different forms and scales, and submitted excellent advertising works and excellent public service advertising works to participate in the competition, and also won different awards. However, the advertising enterprises and personnel who participated in the competition were spontaneous, sporadic and scattered, and the awards they won were not high. In the future, the association should organize people in the advertising industry in the whole city to actively participate in a series of various advertising activities, broaden their horizons, find the gap and seek development ideas. Advertising enterprises should also seize the opportunity to create more advertising products to participate in various advertising activities through the creativity and meticulous production of advertisers, and show the intelligence of advertisers and the development level of advertising industry in our city.

(six) to strengthen the construction of industry integrity and promote the healthy development of the advertising industry. Honesty is the foundation of enterprise's survival and development, which is related to the healthy development of the industry and social trust. In order to promote the sound and rapid development of the advertising industry in our city, improve the level and quality of economic and social development of advertising services, provide healthy, up-to-date, understandable and true consumption information for the broad masses of the people, put an end to false and illegal advertisements entering the market, and create a fair, just and orderly market environment. First, the Association will gradually establish and improve various rules and regulations according to the requirements of China Broadcasting Association and Provincial Broadcasting Association, standardize the industry to follow professional ethics, consciously safeguard the industry reputation and establish a good social image. Second, actively cooperate with the advertising regulatory authorities to increase the supervision and management of false and illegal advertisements. The association will cooperate with the advertising supervision department to comment on the typical cases of making and publishing false and illegal advertisements. Third, actively cooperate with the advertising supervision department of the administrative department for industry and commerce to do a good job in the publicity and training of advertising laws and regulations, enhance the awareness of advertising enterprises and employees in operating according to law, fair competition and professional ethics, and strive to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the advertising industry in our city.

(seven) to strengthen the association's own construction, improve the ability of the association to guide and coordinate management and service. Advertising association is an integral part of the overall work of industrial and commercial administrative organs, and plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening industry self-discipline and promoting industry development. At present, the office of the Association will be co-located with the Trademark Advertising Section of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the head of the Trademark Advertising Section will also serve as the Secretary-General of the Association. According to the establishment issued by the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, there is an advertising association office director who is in charge of the establishment of this department, which also shows that the state attaches importance to advertising associations. We believe that under the correct leadership of the Party Group of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, the director of the Association Office will be selected. The salary of the director of the office of the association does not occupy the funds of the association, and any personnel of the association do not receive any remuneration from the association. From the perspective of the whole province, the establishment of advertising associations in our city belongs to a late city. Therefore, we should redouble our efforts, strengthen the self-construction of the association in accordance with the requirements of the association's articles of association, and earnestly do a good job in industry self-discipline, industry service, industry credit construction, and consulting and reviewing services before advertising release, so as to enhance the appeal and cohesion of the association and improve social awareness and influence. At the same time, we should actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member units, share the same fate with the majority of member units, timely reflect the legitimate demands of members, help them solve problems, and strive to create a good environment for the development of the advertising industry.
