1 In the early morning of July, nearly 100 brand-new armored fishing boats, carrying placards and slogans, were accompanied by jubilant gongs and drums, like a ribbon, marking Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong. The "Inspirational Hong Kong" 100-boat cruise to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the reunification was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Fishermen's Association and the New Territories Celebration Committee.
