Bungee jumping is trampoline.
Bungee jumping, also called machine skipping, or stupid pig jumping in vernacular, is a very exciting outdoor leisure activity that has emerged in recent years. The parachutist stands on a bridge, tower, tall building, crane or even hot air balloon with a height of more than 40 meters (equivalent to 10 floor), ties a long rubber strip with one end fixed to his ankle, then opens his arms, puts his legs together and jumps upside down. The rubber band tied to the jumper's ankle is long enough for the jumper to enjoy a "free fall" in the air for a few seconds. When the human body falls to a certain distance from the ground, the rubber rope is tightened to prevent the human body from falling further. When it reaches the lowest point, the rubber bounces again, and the human body is pulled up and falls again. This is repeated many times until the elasticity of the rubber rope disappears. This is the whole process of bungee jumping.
Trampoline is a competitive sport. Athletes demonstrate acrobatic skills by bouncing off the trampoline. It belongs to a kind of gymnastics, and it is also called "air ballet" with trampoline. Trampoline was listed as an official event in the 27th Sydney Olympic Games in 2000. Trampoline is also the name of sports equipment.
