2. Strictly practice economy and oppose waste. 3. Strengthen the management of official receptions, conference training and meals. Strictly implement the designated dining system for official receptions, and do not arrange meals beyond the standard. We advocate the use of separate meals, simple meals, and buffets.

4. Promote the utilization of food waste resources. Actively promote the resource utilization of kitchen waste.
