2 Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Management of Special Equipment in Oilfield Enterprises

2. 1 Insufficient implementation of legal provisions.

In the safety management of special equipment in oilfield enterprises, the implementation of relevant laws and regulations is lacking, and there is a certain dead angle in the publicity of the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment. In practical work, most of them work according to the requirements of the original standards, failing to raise safety management to the legal level. In this regard, oilfield enterprises should also strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations related to safety management of special equipment [1]. Through special lectures, publicity columns, posting slogans, providing publicity materials and other forms, we will carry out diversified publicity activities to let employees fully understand the safety management of special equipment. Therefore, oilfield enterprises are required to pay more attention to the safety management of special equipment, and make an in-depth analysis of the current problems such as the difficulty in implementing relevant laws and regulations, the nonstandard safety files and ledgers of special equipment, and the lack of maintenance of special equipment. And through the improvement of enterprise internal system and the cultivation of employees' literacy, the overall safety management level of enterprise special equipment is improved and the healthy development of enterprises is promoted.
