Research paper on safety management of special equipment in oilfield enterprises

In oil field enterprises, special equipment is widely used and there are many kinds. Therefore, in order to ensure work safety, oilfield enterprises should also pay more attention to the safety management of special equipment to avoid huge economic losses caused by special equipment accidents. Special equipment is mainly recognized by the state, which is prone to accidents and causes great losses in the application process, such as large amusement facilities, elevators, pressure vessels and so on. In practical work, oil field enterprises should strictly implement the "Safety Production Law" and other legal systems, constantly strengthen the safety management level of enterprise special equipment, and reduce the possibility of accidents as much as possible to promote the healthy development of oil field enterprises.

Application status of special equipment in 1 oilfield enterprises

Special equipment is a kind of equipment widely used in oilfield enterprises, including drilling suspension tools, wellhead devices, oil pumps, pumping units, pressure vessels, pressure pipes, unconventional equipment and so on. In a lot of work in petroleum exploration and development, special equipment has been effectively used, greatly improving work efficiency and quality. However, there are many safety accidents in the application of special equipment in oilfield enterprises at present. For example, in 20 15, there were as many as 257 special equipment accidents in China, of which 278 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured, resulting in very serious economic losses. Special equipment itself has the characteristics of high risk and easy to cause accidents. In addition, oil-related industries such as oil exploration are also high-risk industries, so the safety risk is higher. Oil field enterprises must strengthen the safety management of special equipment to realize the safe application of equipment.

2 Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Management of Special Equipment in Oilfield Enterprises

2. 1 Insufficient implementation of legal provisions.

In the safety management of special equipment in oilfield enterprises, the implementation of relevant laws and regulations is lacking, and there is a certain dead angle in the publicity of the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment. In practical work, most of them work according to the requirements of the original standards, failing to raise safety management to the legal level. In this regard, oilfield enterprises should also strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations related to safety management of special equipment [1]. Through special lectures, publicity columns, posting slogans, providing publicity materials and other forms, we will carry out diversified publicity activities to let employees fully understand the safety management of special equipment. And give full play to the authority and guiding role of enterprise leaders, under the leadership of enterprise leaders, carry out the study of safety management of special equipment, so that employees can form a good sense of safety and actively implement legal provisions in practical work.

2.2 Special equipment safety management files and ledgers are not standardized.

In the safety management of special equipment, some oilfield enterprises have not established standardized safety technical files and ledgers, and some data are not filed in time, resulting in incomplete information on special equipment transformation. At the same time, in the current management process, the unified management of files and ledgers has not been realized, the materials are scattered, and it is difficult to apply and find. Some independent accounting subsidiaries lack unified standard summary details and filing procedures, which also leads to the lack of standardization of some files [2]. In addition, some imported equipment will be introduced into the special equipment used by oilfield enterprises, and all kinds of signs and instructions cannot be used in Chinese, which also causes certain difficulties for enterprise management ledger and file construction. In order to solve this problem, oilfield enterprises should also strictly abide by the regulations on the safety of special equipment, establish perfect safety technical files, standardize the file content and file construction process, and realize the unified management of files. It also requires the competent department of special equipment to conduct unified supervision and filing of special equipment files, and the department will not accept files with incomplete information. At the same time, the current management department is required to accurately manage the technical files of special equipment, and search and archive some real data. If the data cannot be retrieved, the file should be improved by other means.

2.3 Ignore the maintenance of special equipment

Some oilfield enterprises do not attach importance to the maintenance of special equipment, and rely entirely on safety management departments and inspection agencies, lacking their own awareness of inspection and supervision, and are not serious about inspection and rectification. Coupled with the lack of professionalism of some safety managers, some equipment with potential safety hazards is still in use, and even some scrapped equipment is still in use. In this regard, oilfield enterprises should also incorporate the maintenance of special equipment into their daily important work, adhere to regular and comprehensive safety inspection and acceptance, and strengthen the overhaul and transformation of special equipment. For example, some electric single-beam cranes are separated from the moving system and the control system for transformation [3]. Or add overload protection devices to all equipment. Through the transformation of equipment, improve the safety of equipment. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the renewal of old equipment and introduce equipment with better safety performance. Supervise, check and record the maintenance work, so as to avoid the problems that are not handled in time or the irresponsible situation of some staff. And enhance the strength of safety management personnel, through regular training, exchange meetings, etc. To improve the professional quality of personnel and cultivate their sense of professional responsibility, so as to effectively improve the safety management level of special equipment in oilfield enterprises.

3 Conclusion

Special equipment is a kind of necessary equipment for oilfield enterprises, which accounts for the largest proportion of all application equipment. Due to the influence of many factors, special equipment is very dangerous. Therefore, oilfield enterprises are required to pay more attention to the safety management of special equipment, and make an in-depth analysis of the current problems such as the difficulty in implementing relevant laws and regulations, the nonstandard safety files and ledgers of special equipment, and the lack of maintenance of special equipment. And through the improvement of enterprise internal system and the cultivation of employees' literacy, the overall safety management level of enterprise special equipment is improved and the healthy development of enterprises is promoted.
