Hua enjoys a high reputation in the international mathematics field and has made great contributions to the development and application of contemporary mathematics in China. He graduated from junior high school, and because of his poor family, he had to study by himself while working. 1in the spring of 930, his academic paper "Why the solution of Su Jiaju's algebraic quintic equation is not tenable" attracted the great attention of Professor Xiong Qinglai, then head of the Department of Mathematics of Tsinghua University, and invited him to work in Tsinghua University. 1956, Xiang became a packer in Jigong Pharmaceutical Factory. She works actively and hard, regardless of the price. She has been rated as an advanced worker many times. She overcame the difficulty of low education, studied hard and mastered the trial-production operation technology of methylthiouracil chemical agent. 1958 12 13 in the evening, Xiang and two workers on duty are busy with their work. Suddenly, a bottle of anhydrous alcohol slipped down, the bottle broke, and all the alcohol in the bottle leaked out and flowed around. Due to the thermal radiation of the 10 burning coal stove used in nearby pharmacies, alcohol burns rapidly. If not put out in time, it will cause more than 60 kilograms of flammable and explosive metal sodium explosion not far away. Once the sodium metal explodes, it will cause a major fire in the whole factory and nearby residential areas, and the consequences are unimaginable. At the critical moment, Xiang threw himself at the burning alcohol and fought to the death with the fire, finally avoiding a vicious explosion accident. However, Xiang was killed by the fire. She suffered 67% burns all over her body, of which second and third degree burns accounted for 65%. She was in shock for three days and nights in the hospital. The first thing she said when she woke up was to ask about the loss of the factory and the safety of her colleagues. Although he was rescued by the hospital, he died gloriously because of his serious injuries, and he gave his life at the age of 26.
