One. Personal and others' feelings and evaluation of activities.

1. I like this activity very much. I am deeply inspired and encouraged by listening to small lecturers from all over the world. It not only broadened my horizons, but also taught me knowledge and teaching skills that many young lecturers did not have. The little lecturer is really amazing! It forced me to grow up with more teachers!

2. I led the students to participate in four small lecturer activities. Since the launch of the activity, every activity has been well received by the leaders of our school, most teachers and students, parents of students, and also by local people from all walks of life.

Because of my limited personal charm and ability, there are also limited teachers and students who lead activities every time. The main reason is that every activity is on holiday, so it is not easy for students to concentrate on guidance or their parents do not have network skills, which leads to little or no effect after repeated guidance.

4. All my colleagues, students and parents who participated in the Little Lecturer Competition or listened to the Little Lecturer's class recognized this activity very much, and they all liked it very much. They confessed to me more than once that this activity was really great! Not only can students learn a lot from it, but also can enhance their self-confidence and courage, promote their independent learning and develop good online learning literacy;

Once a week;

Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, voice, beauty, painting, handcraft, reading, reading sharing, storytelling, social comprehensive practice report and display, etc. , so that students can freely choose topics and materials;
