3. Party B must carry out the renovation according to standard techniques and procedures, and shall not cut corners, defile or destroy any facilities in Party A's house (including the floor and wall) and the surrounding environment. If irreparable damage is caused, Party B shall bear all the expenses for compensation and repair.

article 5: mode of payment

article 4: supply of materials

1. party b shall clearly mark the materials used in this contract in strict accordance with the relevant national price regulations. The materials provided by Party A shall be used for the decoration project stipulated in this contract, and shall not be used for other purposes without the consent of Party A.. article 5: payment method
