This school year is coming to an end. With the care and help of college leaders, community leaders, instructors and brother communities, our flower association has made great progress and gratifying achievements. With the passage of time and the orderly development of all work, the flower association is developing in a healthy, orderly and good direction. Of course, as a student organization, there are inevitably many unsatisfactory places in our daily work and operation, which must be paid attention to and constantly improved. Let's make a simple summary of this school year's work from the following aspects.

I. Arrangement of activities

This academic year, the main organizations are: recruiting new flowers, welcoming party, selling flowers on Teacher's Day, selling flowers at sports meeting, recruiting dried flowers, making silk prints, selling flowers for a long time, giving lectures on basic knowledge of flower cultivation, the seventieth anniversary party, on-site art flower arrangement competition, flower knowledge competition and other activities. The holding of this series of activities has well reflected the purpose of this association, greatly enriched the extracurricular life of members, and enabled members to learn and draw lessons from the activities. Arrange members to have indoor classes on Wednesday and outdoor practice classes on Sunday afternoon.

Second, cadre management.

The conference system was adopted for the first time in this school year, and all social workers' meetings were held regularly, and summaries were made regularly to make arrangements for the next stage of work, which better coordinated the work of various departments. And hold a regular meeting of social cadres every Tuesday, taking the responsibility system of ministers of various departments and the cooperation system of various departments.

Third, external development.

In this school year, we have always adhered to the strategy of internal innovation and external development. On the good basis of previous social work, we should make bold innovations in the strategy of activity organization and external development, actively strengthen contact with other societies, actively contact similar societies to discuss community cooperation matters, lay a good foundation with garden base administrators and off-campus flower shops and flower bases, and organize members to practice and do more. Successfully organized the first "Flower Knowledge Competition" and other activities, which were fully affirmed by school leaders and community departments, and greatly improved the visibility of the association.

The above achievements can not be achieved without the correct guidance of the college and Central South University, and also without the hard work of all of you present and the active cooperation of our members. In particular, I would like to say to everyone present: everyone has worked hard!

While seeing the achievements, we are also aware of the shortcomings.

First, the rights and interests of members are not well considered in the activities, which makes some members feel dissatisfied, because most of our activities are aimed at the teachers and students of the whole school, only considering influence and popularity, ignoring the personal feelings and participation of those members;

Second, most of our activities this year are held on campus, and the lack of internship opportunities is not conducive to the expansion of knowledge and the enthusiasm of all cadres, officers and league members to participate in activities;

Third, the characteristics of traditional activities are not well reflected, such as the production of silk screen flowers, which is not conducive to the better development of the association.

In view of the above shortcomings, I intend to solve them through some reforms.

First, we hold more outings in the first semester, because freshmen are new here, have plenty of time, are curious about everything, and don't know much about the new environment and classmates, so we will create a platform for mutual understanding;

Second, we should be innovative when building brand activities. In addition to giving full play to the characteristics of activities, we should also consider the influence and participation of activities. In addition, we should make a breakthrough and create better characteristic activities and new courses, such as flower health, family flower health, flower-loving language and so on.

For the better development of the community, we have set short-term goals and long-term goals.

1. Short-term goal-to improve the quality of community activities, expand the influence of this community in the whole hospital, and strive to become one of the excellent communities in Jiangxi Agricultural Engineering Vocational College. Mainly through the following aspects.

(1) Improve the management mechanism of the association. As the leading core of the whole association, the Council must be scientifically organized, with clear responsibilities and clear responsibilities, formulate reasonable rules and regulations and strictly implement them. From improving the quality of community cadres to establishing a scientific management system, the whole Council has been improved.

(2) Strengthen communication and contact with community departments. The Community Department is the leading institution directly under each community, which directly provides theoretical guidance and practical support for each community. Only by strengthening contact with community departments can we get correct guidance in time and avoid detours.

(3) Strengthen the depth and breadth of community publicity. Community publicity is the most powerful advertisement in the community, which must be standardized and appropriate in form, active and healthy in content and flexible in methods. Publicize the club's dynamics and attract interested students to participate in our activities.

(4) Expand community awareness. 2 1 century is an era of competition and cooperation. We should, as always, carry forward the characteristics of this community, and at the same time, we should actively innovate and infiltrate elements conducive to the development of this community. Strengthening cooperation with brother associations can not only improve the quality of activities, but also learn from brother associations, learn from each other's strong points and promote the association to develop in a higher and further direction.

(5) Carry forward the characteristics of associations. Community characteristics are the key to the development of each community and the unique highlight of this community. We should give full play to the effect of characteristic activities, improve our characteristic activities in depth and breadth, such as flower arrangement and silk screen flower, so that teachers and students can feel the significance and value of this characteristic activity.
