Launch Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Month.

In order to focus on helping migrant workers, people with employment difficulties and other workers to find jobs and start businesses, Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Department of Industry and Information Technology, Civil Affairs Department and other ten departments recently jointly launched the "Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Month" special service activity, with the theme of "Spring Breeze Sending True Feelings, Helping Warm People". The service targets include rural workers who are willing to find jobs and start businesses, people with employment difficulties who meet the certification conditions, and employers with employment needs. The activity will last until the end of March.

Organize and carry out "employment visits to people's feelings", send special teams and service teams to visit rural labor force and people with employment difficulties in communities and villages, understand the employment and unemployment situation and service demand, and strive to achieve clear personnel base, clear employment intention, clear skill level and clear service demand. Strengthen information sharing and data comparison among departments, comprehensively use data such as mobile communication, registered unemployment, minimum living allowance, disabled people and poor people, dynamically monitor the flow of migrant workers, and find people with employment difficulties in time.

At the same time, we will dig deep into a number of local characteristic industries, urban and rural infrastructure construction, work-for-relief and urban and rural grassroots service management projects to attract migrant workers and people with employment difficulties to participate. Promote a number of local labor brand projects to provide opportunities and skills training for migrant workers and support the realization of high-quality employment. Relying on state-owned enterprises and institutions to set up a number of low-threshold, guaranteed love jobs, develop a number of urban and rural public welfare jobs, and give priority to the placement of people with employment difficulties and people out of poverty. Encourage large and medium-sized enterprises with a strong sense of social responsibility to recruit people with employment difficulties. Select and promote a number of entrepreneurial projects, and provide "one-stop" entrepreneurial services such as policy consultation, business guidance, project development and financial support to promote entrepreneurial success.

Fujian Province will strengthen "one-on-one" assistance to people with employment difficulties, organize vocational guidance teachers to carry out free clinic services, formulate a "one-person, one-policy" assistance plan, and provide job recommendation, entrepreneurial services, training information, professional experience and other services in different categories.
