This semester, under the unified organization of the Political and Educational Affairs Office, with the strong support and cooperation of teachers, all the work was carried out smoothly, and the study and life were smooth. The work of this semester is summarized as follows:

First, cultivate excellent style of study and class spirit, strengthen class management and get to know students better.

On the one hand, I mainly strengthen the cultivation of students' autonomy and self-care ability. Through various channels, I not only pay attention to guiding students to carry out self-education, but also make students make continuous progress on the basis of self-awareness and gradually form good ideological and behavioral qualities; We should also pay attention to guiding students how to manage themselves, cultivate their abilities in many aspects, and let them design and organize various educational activities by themselves, so as to entertain and educate in the activities. We should also pay attention to cultivating students' self-service ability, let students learn self-planning, self-arrangement and self-control, and let themselves become builders of class collectives. On the other hand, I also set an example by myself, trying to be a model for students, diligent in class, effective in management, positive in class style and strong in study style. Our class has achieved good results in various management evaluations of the school. Several monthly exams this semester, management has also achieved good results.

Second, cultivate students' good moral quality, purify students' minds and strengthen ideological and political work for students.

Strive to train qualified students. In order to cooperate with the work of the Political and Educational Affairs Office, I often use class meetings to educate students physically and mentally to help them clarify their vague understanding and improve their ideological realm. I also make full use of my spare time to have a heart-to-heart talk with my classmates and give targeted education in time.

Third, actively contact teachers of all subjects, coordinate the educational strength of all aspects of the school, and play a good role as a link.

In the interaction with teachers, I respect their status and opinions, and regard them as the masters of the class and my good partners and confidants. Take the initiative to negotiate with teachers and listen to and adopt their opinions. I can handle the relationship between teachers and students carefully and try to avoid intensifying conflicts when dealing with conflicts between teachers and students. In this respect, I usually pay attention to educating students, making them polite, respecting teachers' work, establishing teachers' prestige and enhancing teachers' friendship.

Fourth, do a good job in the transformation of students with poor foundation, and strive to make them come as losers and go as winners.

In this regard, as a class teacher, I first treat them with a correct attitude, make an in-depth investigation, find out the reasons why they are poor students, teach them in accordance with their aptitude, treat them with sincerity everywhere, always help them patiently, and truly become their intimate friends and most reliable friends. Strengthen their psychological counseling in time, help them eliminate or alleviate all kinds of psychological worries, and let them realize their own value. At the same time, I also create conditions and opportunities for others to show their strengths and strengths, so that they can taste the joy and happiness of success.

Five, actively carry out cultural and sports activities, do exercises between classes and eye exercises, protect students' eyesight, enhance students' physique and improve students' learning efficiency.
