1. Quickly initiate checkpoint control. Each subcontracting community unit must make arrangements immediately to ensure that personnel, facilities and equipment are in place, and that personnel on duty are on duty 24 hours a day. Conduct detailed registration of entry and exit personnel, establish a ledger, carefully measure body temperature, and check health codes, vaccination codes, etc.

2. Each township and village must restart the responsibility checkpoints within its jurisdiction. Prevention and control measures such as important intersections and traffic checkpoints in each village must be in place.

3. All towns, towns, and units must do a good job in the control of checkpoints within their own units and agencies. Detailed registration, code verification, temperature measurement, and vaccination code verification of people entering and exiting.

4. All shopping malls, supermarkets, bazaars, tourist attractions, cinemas, Internet cafes, nursing homes, detention centers and other key places must implement checkpoint control measures. Leading departments such as the Propaganda Department, Commerce Bureau, Market Supervision Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau will arrange and supervise the implementation.

5. All factories and mines must strengthen checkpoint control. Each township, industrial park, standard development committee and other units are responsible for the arrangements and supervision of the implementation of enterprises within their respective jurisdictions.
