Can driving schools practice driving on New Year’s Day?

Yes. Most driving schools will have staff on duty during the New Year's Day. The schools will provide holiday classes, holiday evening classes and other classes to meet the needs of students. The state does not stipulate that you cannot learn to drive on holidays, but the driving and traffic management department does not work on national statutory holidays. So I just can’t take the exam.
