Running Practice of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts

In the practice of running a school, the college has always adhered to the concept of putting social benefits first, taking the road of running a school for public welfare, insisting on the employment-oriented teaching, thoroughly implementing the school-running concept of "combining work with study", taking cultivating high-quality artistic talents with high comprehensive quality and strong potential for subsequent development for local social and economic development and industries as the training goal, deepening the teaching reform, and paying attention to strengthening connotation construction, thus forming a distinctive school-running feature. The first is to implement the studio teaching mode, which integrates teaching, learning and doing. In studio teaching, we should make teaching plans according to market demand and career goals, offer courses according to ability, take on-the-job learning skills as the goal, and take practical training in four aspects: knowledge transfer, skill training, quality improvement and innovative education as the main line. The second is to promote the development of cultural industries and promote entrepreneurship education and practice. According to the characteristics of the industry, students are trained in business management, personnel management, marketing and business handling. So that they can initially have all the qualities needed for starting a business; Combined with the characteristics of fine arts, we should keep close contact with enterprises, industries and society, improve the practical teaching system, speed up the development of cultural and creative industries, and create a cooperative education model of learning, research and production with co-construction of resources, mutual benefit and benign development. The third is to establish the development strategy of teaching internationalization and follow the international advanced teaching mode, means and methods. The College has successively established exchange agreements with Kyoto University, Meiji University, university of bedfordshire, Quebec University, and Lviv Academy of Fine Arts, and signed teacher exchange agreements. In 2004 and 2009, we signed a joint training agreement with Shinjuku Animation Institute in Japan and Lviv Academy of Fine Arts in Ukraine. The implementation of teaching internationalization strategy has laid a foundation for the reform and development of teaching mode in our college.

Taking the Institute of Environmental Art as an example, in the practice teaching, the Institute of Environmental Art aims at cultivating innovative and applied talents, and strengthens the practice teaching in line with the teaching idea of combining work with study, so that students can skillfully use what they have learned to engage in indoor and outdoor environmental design, public dress design and other fields. The Institute of Environmental Art attaches importance to students' practical courses and adopts project-oriented studio teaching mode. 50% of the backbone courses are based on actual projects, and students attend classes according to the process of completing a project, which increases students' on-site experience and narrows the gap between teaching environment and working environment. Before 20 13, teachers and students of our college completed the design of Yuanzu food chain store, the design of Baiyuanli shopping mall in the east of Shijiazhuang, the design of the top floor of Fuxing Pavilion in Shijiazhuang, and the design of the model room of Heping Hospital residential building, which was widely praised and recognized by the society. The Institute of Environmental Art attaches great importance to school-enterprise exchanges and cooperation, and has signed training base agreements with 20 decoration enterprises such as Beijing Yuanzhou Decoration Group and Messi Decoration Group, and regularly arranges students to practice in the company to participate in the whole process of actual project implementation. The school has two training bases, an elegant decoration studio focusing on decoration consulting services and a Dongyi decoration studio focusing on decoration advertising. There are 30 decoration studios focusing on practical teaching to meet students' business simulation and practical training. Before 20 13, teachers and students in our college undertook the social planning and production project 12 1, published academic papers 137, and won more than 200 works of art. Teachers and students have completed many design projects, such as the design of Yuanzu food chain store, the design of Baiyuanli shopping mall in the east of Shijiazhuang, the design of the top floor of Fuxing Pavilion in Shijiazhuang, and the design of the model room of Heping Hospital residential building.

The brand-new school-running concept and distinctive school-running characteristics have improved the comprehensive social competitiveness of our graduates and ensured the smooth employment channels of our graduates. In recent years, the employment rate of our college has remained above 90%. In 20 10, our college was rated as the national excellent private higher education institution, the national advanced collective of pre-recruiting graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, the demonstration school of entrepreneurship education for college students in Hebei Province, and the demonstration center of employment guidance for colleges and universities in Hebei Province.

In order to further promote students' employment, broaden students' employment channels, and build a platform for college students' entrepreneurship, the College Council and College Committee decided to build a base for college students' internship, training, entrepreneurship incubation and oriental cultural and creative industries, and laid the foundation stone on April 12, 2009. The Plan for Revitalizing Cultural Industry in Hebei Province (2010-2015) issued in March, 2065438 listed the college students' internship, training, business incubation base and the Oriental cultural and creative industry base as the key construction projects and the leading animation industries supported by Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, and established them as the 20+X key support projects of Shijiazhuang City, and the bases were successively rated as the cultural and creative industry bases of Hebei Province. The development of the college has been concerned and supported by the provincial party Committee and government, which makes the college have a broader prospect in serving the social and economic development of Hebei in the future.

College students' internship, training and business incubation base will give full play to the functions of internship, training and business incubation, create more opportunities for students to practice, practice and start businesses, and form a development pattern integrating learning, research and production. At the same time, the base will firmly seize the policy opportunity of the state to vigorously support the cultural industry, make use of relevant government support policies, integrate resources from all sides, give full play to the advantages of talents and technology, actively promote the development of the cultural industry, and build a national-level entrepreneurship education demonstration base integrating artistic creation, product research and development and cultural tourism.

Under the correct leadership of provincial and municipal governments at all levels, with the goal of building a distinctive art university, the College will continue to unswervingly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the school motto of "self-confidence, self-reliance and striving for the best", constantly accelerate the pace of reform, construction and development, make new and greater contributions to building a strong coastal economic and social development province and "harmonious Hebei", and cultivate more outstanding art professionals for Hebei Province and even the whole country to meet the needs of society.
