Safety slogans everywhere remind people of the importance of safety at all times, but the hidden danger of safety is like a sly fox, hiding in a corner that people can't detect, so that we often ignore it.

On March 6th, 20021year, the operator of a fan manufacturer took the elevator to get off the tower after completing the fan lubrication investigation. After the elevator stopped, he opened the elevator door as usual and went out to prepare for the next overhaul. I didn't expect him to step on it, and the whole person fell to the ground with his left head on the ground, causing a collision. After being examined and bandaged by a doctor, there is no serious problem.

As a fan maintenance worker, I climb up and down every day, knowing the height of the fan and the distance of the hoist like the back of my hand. However, due to carelessness, stepping on the air caused a safety accident. It turns out that "safety is no small matter, responsibility is greater than the sky" is not just a slogan posted on the wall!

On 2021June 17, SVG of a wind farm in Qinghai tripped, and the operation attendant put SVG back into operation after on-site inspection. Soon SVG tripped again and needed to be replaced after consultation. The shift supervisor reported the above situation to the stationmaster, and the stationmaster replied: Because there is no spare part, it will not be replaced temporarily. However, the shift supervisor led five employees to check the "abnormal current" alarm information of the newly replaced module unit (C32) of # 1SVG without notifying the webmaster. After restarting the control cabinet on the spot, the alarm was still not eliminated. When the shift supervisor opened the partition of the power cabinet and entered the power cabinet for inspection, he was electrocuted and fell to the ground. After being rescued by medical staff, he was declared dead.

Safety, in addition to careful, but also strictly abide by the operating rules, safety education, training and learning can not be a mere formality, the "two votes" work in the security risks need to be combined with the actual work of the unit to develop a specific task list and strictly implement. "Pay close attention to safety in production" is by no means a slogan posted on the wall!
