According to the 2023 tweet of Panyu government network WeChat, the old community of Luoxi New City has been included in the old community renovation project repository, but it has not been included in the 2023 renovation plan.

Luoxi New Town is located next to Luoxi Bridge in the south of Guangzhou, with a total area of about 6.5438+0.5 million square meters and a construction area of about 2.5 million square meters. Four multi-storey residential areas, three senior villa areas, 1 high-rise commercial and residential areas and 1 large villa areas have been developed successively, with a total construction area of10.5 million square meters.
