Although recently I began to feel that time didn't pass so fast as before, everyone's mood was still very good, and there was no big fluctuation in their thoughts.

You have done a lot of medical work in the past three months. The team has made more than 8, outpatient visits, managed more than 2,5 inpatients, performed more than 1, operations, rescued more than 1 critically ill patients, and treated more than 1 local Chinese and overseas Chinese at the station. I have also carried out the first breast-conserving surgery for intraductal papilloma in Guyana. I was the first to complete laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three holes, and successfully removed the gallbladder in the acute period of gallbladder. I successfully rescued patients with liver cancer rupture and bleeding shock, patients with severe knife stab wounds leading to liver rupture and common bile duct rupture, 5 patients with spleen rupture and hemopneumothorax caused by knife stab wounds, 2 patients with spleen rupture and gastrointestinal rupture complicated with hemopneumothorax caused by gunshot wounds, and managed nearly 1 patients with hemopneumothorax caused by simple knife stab wounds. Chen Xiangyang has carried out hip replacement surgery and a large number of patients with traumatic fractures, and the surgery lasts until 4 pm three days a week. Du Wensheng's workload is also very heavy. Every operation day, 7-9 operations, large and small, are scheduled, which leads to the anesthesiologist's advice, and his' outpatient clinic often has to sit until 2: 3 pm. Since Li Zhihua arrived here, a large number of patients have been waiting for surgery, and his surgery day will not end until 4: pm. On the way, you can often meet cured burn patients who are called "chinese doctor" from a distance. Chen Lin continues to give full play to the advantages of ophthalmologists in China, and gradually increases the number of cataract surgery patients every day when the microscope is inconvenient to use. Chen Lei's anesthesia level has also been recognized, and he is often arranged to do some anesthesia that local anesthesiologists can't complete, such as anesthesia for infants and critically ill patients. Li Fengchao's arrival changed the "slow" practice of Georgetown Hospital's pathology department, and the pathological report has been completed from two weeks to two days as in China. Song Qiang not only read a lot of ct and X-rays, but also gave lectures to local medical staff in the imaging department. Pan Defeng managed all the heart patients in Georgetown Hospital alone, and also gave lectures on electrocardiogram to local young doctors. Wang Rujie continues to carry forward the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, and a large number of patients come here every day, and he is making contributions to the recovery of Guyana's landscape minister (the landscape minister recently suffered from cerebral thrombosis and hemiplegia on his right limb), and has achieved good results. In Linden: Wang Chenyi carried out the first case in Linden where a huge hysteromyoma was removed by caesarean section, and managed a large number of patients in gynecology and obstetrics of Linden Hospital alone. Gu Jianhui has about 4 outpatient visits every day. Due to the high level of diagnosis and treatment, even Georgetown pediatric patients have seen him. Chen Jinpeng also performed cholecystectomy and hernia surgery under poor conditions, and saved some critically ill patients. Qin Yibin was in charge of the anesthesia department of Linden Hospital, which created good anesthesia conditions for the operation in Linden Hospital. Because everyone really wants to do a better job, their expectations are higher. There are still many differences between local doctors and us in their treatment concepts, and their sense of responsibility is also different, so there will inevitably be friction. We will try our best to avoid friction and do a good job, and strive to be the first case for Guyana hospitals and make more contributions to the health of Guyana people.

After we arrived in Guyana, we made efforts to coordinate the relationship with the Ministry of Health and the hospital of Guyana in order to start building the new residence of Team Linden as soon as possible. Ministers, internal ministers, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, office directors and their secretaries were hosted successively. The hospital invited the dean, his secretaries and several surgeons. At every banquet, we introduced the situation of Xuzhou and Nantong and three hospitals to them through our own slides, so that they could know more about us and China. We get along very well, especially with the officials of the Ministry of Health. We have also presented various gifts to all the above-mentioned people, and visited them several times or even dozens of times, especially the minister, the permanent secretary and the director of the office for more than ten times. At the same time, their relatives and friends have taken the initiative to find the medical team for more than 2 times, hoping that we can treat them. We have provided them with convenience and won their praise and thanks. Through hard work, the Ministry of Health of Guyana has agreed with Linden's opinion on building houses, and will plan specific land for building houses in the near future. The plan to send Guyana Ministry of Health officials to China for training has also been adopted, and the first batch of personnel will be confirmed in the near future.

With regard to team affairs, we hold a team committee every two weeks when team members Linden come over, to sum up what we have done in the past two weeks and discuss what needs to be done in the next two weeks, and then hold regular team meetings according to the problems found by the team committee. We have formulated the system of buying food and water, helping kitchen, medicine management, daily necessities management, safety management, sports equipment management, magazine dvd management and so on, all of which are implemented by special personnel. Pan Defeng and Li Fengchao played a great role in the drafting and management of team affairs documents. After arriving, all the team members attended the farewell ceremony of the local Ministry of Health, the farewell ceremony of the embassy, the farewell ceremony of Ambassador Zhang and the flag-raising ceremony of the embassy. At the station, all the team members hosted banquets for Ambassador Zhang and his wife, Huang and Fan Shen, Ambassador Yu and his wife, leaders of the embassy and cypress forest company. Through these activities, we have enhanced our relationship with the leaders of the embassy and made them know more about our medical team. The team members visited the address of the new residence in Linden twice, visited Ambassador Zhang three times, reported the situation of Linden's new residence and our work and life, attended the tea party before Ambassador Zhang left office, attended the activities of welcoming the new ambassador at the airport, and visited Chen Jinpeng with a strained leg in Linden. We have arranged with the embassy to conduct a physical examination for the leaders of the embassy and the business office during the National Day, and arrange corresponding medical care lectures for them according to the problems found in the physical examination.

regarding the life of the players, we should actively do the ideological work of the players, so that everyone can have a happy life concept. Every day, I discuss with the chef to improve everyone's food. Now, the food is not the same every day. I have organized everyone to pack dumplings for three times and steamed buns for four times. Wang Zhenhe also made oil cakes and flower rolls for everyone, so that everyone can eat well every day. In the past three months, Wang Zhenhe has done a lot of work through his own efforts, actively changing the pattern of diet, coordinating different tastes of everyone, and making contributions to the unity and external contact of the whole medical team. We organize everyone to exercise at 4: 3 pm every day, including playing basketball and football. Sometimes I go to the embassy to play tennis, table tennis and swim. A billiards game and a poker game were held. Immediately prepare to divide the players into three groups against football and basketball, so as to improve everyone's enthusiasm for exercise and enhance their physique. Now I am learning to swim with the help of Director Lai of the Embassy (most of the players can't swim yet) and learn to play bridge with the help of Fan Shen. And together with the embassy, we are going to hold a table tennis match during the National Day to enrich our spare time. We also organized everyone to visit Linden station and forest farm in batches, and went for an outing and barbecue with employees of Baishanlin Company in flash min (called Heishui River in China). I hope to reduce everyone's homesickness through a series of activities.

Three months have passed, and in the next three months, we will continue to make efforts to learn more about Guyana, further demonstrate our own strength, and do a better job in foreign aid.
